angts and gay and ribbit being gay for each other (obviously) also fluff! (Also, Jax is a trans guy in this au, sorry if I failed to mention it before. I kinda wanted it to be a plot twist, but change of plans, I guess.

Jax pov: present day in Jax's room, 30 minutes past midnight

I can't sleep

I usually fall asleep pretty quickly why can't I today?

I found myself thinking of what I said to Pomni during the gun adventure

"What would you do if I abstracted tomorrow?" she had asked

"I'd move on... probably forget about you," I had responded 

And I used to think when he was here that I'd have the same reaction if he abstracted., I thought I'd move on, forget

But then why

WHY CAN'T HE LEAVE MY BRAIN!?

I tried to hold back the tears. I've already cried enough today. I failed to, though I felt the tears roll down my cheek, and I swear I heard them fall on my pillow. I'm a rabbit, so I have good hearing

I'm weird enough, me being me, this guy that likes guy, and a past female..

I thought that I'd stop liking guys once I transitioned, but nooooooooooo

I didn't even get to finish my transition before I got stuck in the damn circus

I continued to think, unaware of my consciousness slipping off to the dream world

There were tears on my cheek-happy ones

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU FELL FOR THAT RAGATHA!" Ribbit exclaimed, catching his breath to try to talk more. I was doubled over with laughter as Ragatha stared at me like she was gonna drag me by my ears and dunk me underwater (which she had 100% done before) 

"SERIOUSLY RIBBIT!?" Ragatha said as she turned to Ribbit, who had just snuck up on her in a shark-themed bathing suit that had one of those fake shark fins on his back, and pretended to be a shark. It was hilarious! Cain said there were no sharks beforehand, so I had no idea why she fell for it! 

I finally regained my composure just as I was going to fall off my beach chair thingy and onto the sand 

"HA! DAMN RAG! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU FELL FOR THAT. THE FIN ISN'T EVEN REALISTIC"

Ribbit grinded at Jax, "Hey, bunny boy! come in the water"

jax's stomic flipped eh probaly the water after all jax had never been a fan of the water it wasnt a fear its just he preferd not to get his fur wet and before the circus.. well he cant remember of he liked the water before the circus

queenie sighted "i wish i can go into the water! me and kinger are wood so we cant sadly or wed just float. or sink im not shure plus we dont even have legs are full arms!" she said gestering to her and her husbans lack of full ands and legs

"wait how do you even walk?" i asked

queenie opend her mouth then closed it "i dont know dearie il ask cain later"
