my babysitter's a vampire!

Ethan's pov

A few minutes later we heard a knock at the door.

" Thanks, Grandma you're a lifesaver," Benny said opening the door for his grandmother, Evelin Weir, " Any time dear." She said in a cheerful tone.

" She smells funny." My little sister said. " No, she didn't, *sniff*, she smells like flowers and mothballs, just behave ok, " I said, greeting a hint of her scent.

" All right, now if the pizza is not here in 26 minutes, you don't pay a dime," Benny told his grandma as she nodded,

" Okay, we will be right back. Let's go." I told Benny while I put on my jacket, " I hate being eight." Jane pouted as we headed out the door.

*Next Scene*

" What is all that stuff?" I asked Benny as he dropped something,  " Digicams with night vision infrared. You can't possibly expect us to investigate the supernatural realm without proper equipment." Benny said.

" Whatever, just keep it low-key? She already thinks I'm a prevent." I said hoping he takes the hint, " You said her reflection wasn't all there right?" Benny asked.

" Yeah." I replied, " Well, here's a thought. What if this is some publicity stunt for that stupid Dusk movie? If this is a punk, I knew it all along!" He yelled causing giving me a headache, " Benny! Shut up.

*sniff* " Come on I think she's heading towards town." I said that when I got a lock on her scent, she smelled sweet like flowers and chocolate, but rotten like a dead animal.

It took us a while to get to town when we did we couldn't find Sarah anywhere.

" It's hopeless, we lost her. Must have pizza." Benny said tiredly, " She's out here, I can feel it." I said then I heard a rustling sound coming from an alleyway.

" Hey, you hear that? There's something in that alley." I said as we walked over there, " Step aside, night vision engine." He said using his camera then he had a shocked look on his face, " What? Benny, what? Fine, I'm just going to go see for." I said, but Benny stopped me, " We should leave, we should leave right now." Benny said scared, " Why?" I asked.

Taking the camera from him, I saw Sarah now with yellow eyes and fangs, eating a rat causing us to scream like little girls, she then noticed and hissed at us causing us to run for our lives.

No one pov

" We are so dead!" Ethan exclaimed, " Speak for yourself skinny guy coming through! Warp nine!" Benny exclaimed,

" Ahh help my babysitter's a vampire!" Ethan exclaimed as they ran, " Remember Halo level three? The battle plan I sent you? Evasive maneuvers. Alpha Phi strike delta six. Engage!" Benny said but didn't watch where he was going and fell into a big plant pot and rolled back onto the street.

" You missed the pattern," Benny said catching his breath, " Sometimes I just skim your emails," Ethan said catching his breath, " Fair enough," Benny replied,

" What's your problem?" Sarah asked startling the boys,

" Just hold on! If you eat us that would be so not cool!" Ethan said,

" If I wanted to eat you, I would have done it by now," Sarah said,

" See she wants to eat us we're doomed," Benny exclaimed,

"No, no, no I just want to talk to you guys," Sarah said,

" Demon of the night, be gone! Ethan said making a cross with two branches.

" Guy's, whatever saw it's not what it looks like," Sarah said.

" You're a freaking vampire who eats animals and drinks their blood!" Ethan said.
