*The Mogen household*

" Mom, please don't do this to me, do you have any idea what this will do to me?" Asking my mom to rethink her decision.

" Look, Ethan, I'm sorry but after last night your father and I don't feel comfortable with you and your sister home alone, and besides the babysitter isn't for you it's for Jane." She said

"Ok, I understand all that, but still come on don't you think a babysitter is a bit much for one kid?" I reply

" *sighs* Listen sweetie I know having a babysitter that's about your age is unfair and humiliating, but until you show me you're responsible my decision is final ok?" My mom started

" Yes, ma'am I understand," I said

" Thank you, now get going you don't wanna be late on your first day right?" she said after she kissed me on my forehead goodbye." I love you." She said while giving me a warm smile.

" Yeah, I love you too Mom bye" I reply while I grab my skateboard and backpack and head to school.

*Next Scene, Whitechapel High*

"A babysitter? For you? Classic!" As Benny and Ethan have just arrived at school, Benny can't stop laughing at his best bud's news.

" Dude, keep it down, this kind of info could ruin a guy's rep!" Trying his best not to kick Benny's ass in the hallway by getting him to hush.

" Well good or bad rep, you'll still be that hot-head nerdy kid who carries a skateboard with him to me. Now the more important question is will your babysitter be hot?" Benny asked

I groaned as Benny was trying to hit on a girl who was walking by" Hey there hot stuff" he said with a smirk on his face, after that cringeworthy show I nudged him in the arm." What?"

" You're a total dork that's what, anyway best case scenario I can get my folks to change their mind and save some crash." Telling his best friend my plan.

" Ah hello Principal Hicks let me give you a hand" Hearing voices from across the hallway I turned to where the voices were coming from, then I saw a male senior dressed in black from head to toe talking to our principal, Mr Hicks.

" Oh, thank you, Jesse!" Principal Hicks gave Jesse his coffee." Anything for our fearless leader. Do you mind?" He asked, while Benny and I watched in disgust as Jesse took a sip of his coffee. Gross...

" Ah, French roast." He said with an ice-cold smile on his face.

" French roast." He repeated in motion.

" Good choice." He said, " Good choice." Principal Hicks repeated as we stared in confusion. Jesse smiled at us. And we nervously smiled back.

"Ah boys in the drama club, always make a scene!" Hicks replied nervously as we nervously laughed

*Next Scene, The cafeteria*

" This is it dude, a fresh new start our future rep will depend on how we behave for the next few days..." I said while turning to face Benny only to see him wearing weird goggles

" So what do you think? Pretty cool right I made them myself." Asking his friend about his new goggles he instead took them.

" Hey, those are my handmade state-of-the-art alien DNA detection goggles!" He said but I replied with a so? " So a high school cafeteria is a perfect place to test them out," he said while trying to take them back.
