'' Ugh, I groan while my little sister, Jane has been glued to the TV screen for hours watching the dumb vampire movie, Dusk...

It was Sunday night and the last day of summer and I was stuck babysitting my kid sister while my parents were out bowling, then I heard footsteps, and after that a knock on the door...

I walked over to see who it was, and it was none other than my best friend Benny Weir, coming over for our traditional "Sunday Sundaes"

"Whoa, dude look at all this! What did you do, Rob the ice-cream truck or something?" I asked as I helped him move all the junk food to the kitchen table.

" Dude, tomorrow we officially start the sophomore year. We are men! We must mark the moment!" He said as we sat down and set everything on the table.

" Sweet let's make it a sundae to end all sundae," I said while grinning

" Hey, do you remember in grade 5 you tried to eat 176 of this in your mouth?" Showing Benny a big bag of marshmallows..

" Yeah right, it was 186, "Benny replied with attitude, " No way I did 172, you did 170," I said back to him, " " You barely hit 150" he yelled, seconds later he and I were playing tug of war for the marshmallows.

As I was winning, I heard footsteps leaving my house, I turned my head around to see my little sister gone and the front door was open.

Benny's pov

While I struggle to get the god damn marshmallows from Ethan, all I can think of is (when the hell he gets so damn strong all of the sudden) I thought.

But all of a sudden Ethan let go of the bag, and the next thing I know I fall off my chair and lean on my ass, as I go up I scream.

" HEY, WHAT THE HELL MAN!" But he didn't hear a word I said, instead he got up and ran out to his open front door, " Dude, E where are you going man?" I asked if he was going to but he continues to ignore me.

Ethan's pov

I walk out of the house to my little sister and some guy that about my age holding a hockey stick and Jane's doll, " HEY get away from my sister!"I yelled getting in between him and my sister.

" Well well well if it isn't good old freak show Mogen, we were just talking about you." The guy said his name was butch some asshole who messed with me and my friends in junior high.

" Cut the bs butch, give my sister's doll back, and get lost or l'll make you!" I said as I looked him straight in his eyes,

" Aww you're trying to be a hero in front of bratty little sister Mogen, that adorable" he teases," Tell you what you can have the old thing, Fetch freak!" he drops the doll and uses his hockey stick to hit it to the garage door,

As Jane ran away to get her, I was about to follow her I turned around grabbed butch's hockey stick broke it in half with my bare hands, then punched him in the face then called him a dick before I continued to follow my sister.

When I get over there Chuck on Jane to see if she's ok " Hey JJ you alright, is your little friend ok to" asking to see if his little sister is ok or not.

As she looks up at me" Yeah I'm ok so is Addy Look, pull up her doll to my face, "Thank you for saving me Ethan you're my hero" As Jane said in a high-pitched voice to mimic the doll then using the doll to kiss me on the cheek.

" hehe well you're very welcome Addy, now let's get you two back inside before-" but I can't finish my sentence I can hear a car pulling up in our driveway, only see it's my mom and dad, and the only thing I can think of is how trouble I'm going to be in.

As the couple step out they were to see their children in the driveway at midnight, " kids oh my god what you two doing, are you two hurt!" horrified that her only daughter and only son were outside with who knows what at the middle of the night " no mom me and jane are fine I sear, "reply trying to comfort my mom.

" Mommy, Daddy", screen while running to her parents. " There was this big meanie with a hockey, and he kept banging the garage door making noise so I went out to check it out, then he started to pick on me and stoned Addy from me. But Ethan came outside and beat him up and saved Addy from his ugly hands, it was so cool like he superhero," Jane explains everything to her mom and dad.

" YOU GET IN A FIGHT" both yelled while turning to their son with shocked expressions.

"Yes, but it self self-defense." I said while trying to change the subject "So how was your guys' date night?" I asked

"Don't change the subject young man, we are going to have a long talk about this whole situation. By the way, where is Benny? Isn't it you're guys' traditional Sundaes day tonight?" Asking Where's my best friend.

But just as Mr. Mogen finishes his sentence Benny sets out of the Mogen household with his mouth filled with marshmallows, once he sees the scene right in front of him spits out all the marshmallows in his mouth before he opens it again, " Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Mogen. Uh well E I gotta go, later bro." As he leaves me all alone facing the wrath that was my loving parents.
