Catching Feelings

Justin's POV

Justin: because everything I love. Gets taken away from me. I didn't want that to happen to you. That's why I told you would never see me again.

I told her the truth. She seemed to be in shock.

Erika: what...what do you mean by that?

Justin: they threatened my family if they ever made contact with me. They made my ex girlfriend sleep with an other guy and got her pregnant....so she wouldn't be with me.

Erika: that's terrible Justin....I'm sorry.

She sat next to me. Trying to comfort me

Justin: it's okay princess.

Erika: I really am sorry. But...what about your parents?

Justin: not trying to be rude princess. But that subject makes me edgy

Erika: sorry.

She kept quiet.

She got up and went to get her bag. She was digging threw it. She got out a stack of money.

Erika: here....you need it more than I do.

I wasn't going to take that money.

Erika: take it.

Justin: no. That's yours.

She left it on the bed. And walked toward the door? But why? Is she leaving?

I got up. And ran up to her still holding my side

Erika: what are you doing

Justin: what are YOU doing? Where are you going

Erika: I'm leaving.

Justin: why

Erika: thought you wanted me to

I gave her a confused look.

Justin: what made you think that.

Erika: your mood?

Justin: no....no princess that's how I am...most of the time.

Erika: oh.

I slowly dragged her back.

Justin: princess....if you don't mind me asking. Where did you get that much money?

Erika: my father...he left a account in my name.

Justin: daddy's girl...huh

Erika: used to be. He passed away not to long ago.

She was upset.

Justin: sorry...didn't mean to get you upset.

Erika: it's okay.
