Woke up this morning to surprisingly no collapsed sheds or engine warfare of giant blood thirsty beasts this morning which was a nice change. I managed to grab some breakfast and headed outside to get Molly steamed up. George of course in his typical perfectionist manner had given Molly a good polish saying how "No engine of his would be looking dirty," I can't argue I guess but it does make us look a bit strange compared to the other three engines who were covered in grime and soot. Donald and Thomas have both been talking. Donald is seeming pretty desperate to find Douglas now considering the circumstances we're now in, can't say I blame him, I'm still worried about my mum and brother. I hope they're alright, wherever they are. Thomas seems eager to find Percy as well, seeming as he's lost both Edward and Toby he's determined to not lose anyone else. James and Molly have both been relatively quiet since he found Gordon's corpse. I can't say I blame him, he's lost both him and Edward and Henry hasn't been heard from in days. As for Molly, the poor engines just in pain after her kerfuffle with Emily yesterday. She's also dreadfully concerned for Murdoch and Neville and hopes their alright. We all just want to get back to Tidmouth now and reunite with the twins and Fergus, hopefully their alright.

Welp, shit, shit, shit, shit! It got worse, a lot worse! I'll start from where I left of. We decided the consist going back would be James with the breakdown crane, Thomas with some vans and Molly and Donald with some coaches filled with the people we'd found in the city. We had just arranged everything and were all waiting in the station for the last passengers to get on when we heard hoarse but deep puffing towards us, Arthur entered the yard on the line in front of us blocking our way, but he wasn't alone. We were absolutist mortified to see Murdoch slowly crawl in front of James and god, he looked awful, he was in a similar state to Emily, and worse, he was now a monster. Before we could even react Arthur gave an ear deafening screech and charged towards us, both Molly and Donald screamed in horror as I threw open the reverser and got us the hell out of there! We shot out of the station as James did the same just before both infected engines started to hurtle towards us but then James was sent down the line to the Kirk Ronan branch whilst we stayed on the mainline, he called out to us but we didn't hear it and just had to keep going! We pushed Molly to her limits as hard as we could, Donald could only go so fast but Molly was built for going fast giving us a good advantage!
