if you don't have time to workout at home, you can do it at school!;)
here are a few school workout ideas.-walk to school (if it's close enough to your place)
-sit in good posture while sitting in class, by having good postures when sitting or standing you contract dozens of muscles which burns calories and builds muscles.
-constantly move your legs or feet, while sitting in class, swing your legs or tap your toes.
-take the long way to class (if you have time of course).
-while standing in the cafeteria line or in the water fountain line, do calf raises.
-while sitting in class, flex your core muscles. this will help tighten your core and burn calories.
-pretend your books and weights and do bicep curls or any lift technique.
-while sitting at your desk, pick your feet up and move them in small circles, this is an ab and leg workout.
-tighten your butt for 3 seconds then release. repeat about 10-15 times to basically get a butt workout while you're at school.
