Arnav was in the middle of the meeting when one of the Manager interrupted them coming inside the meeting room.

Arnav: What the!! Have you lost it, don't you know that meeting is going on here.

Manager: sorry to interrupt you ASR, but it's an emergency. Big boss is suffering from a heart attack. He's in the lobby.

Arnav was shocked hearing this, without saying anything he just ran outside of the meeting room and from the elevator he came to the lobby and was shocked seeing the Ambulance taking Arshad to the hospital.

Arnav holding his Dad's hand said “Dad, what happened to you?? Please open your eyes”.

The doctor gave Arshad a first aid treatment on the spot and took him in the ambulance keeping an oxygen mask. Arnav dialed Aman number and informed him to reach the hospital.

Arnav: one thing Aman, don’t tell anything to Akki, first we will see the situation, Ok??

Aman: but where is he?? From yesterday i didn’t see him.

Arnav: i too don’t know, you reach the hospital. I am leaving the office.

Arnav turned to the receptionist and asked “what happened here?? How did this happened??”.

Receptionist: i don’t know ASR, actually one girl came to meet Aman Sir, she bumped with Big Boss and they are talking in south indian language ASR.

Arnav saw her confusingly when the receptionist said “and that girl addressed Big Boss as Arun Kumar, she was in a shock state and Big Boss is pleading her for something. When she left from here big boss held his chest and fell down”.

Arnav’s eyes popped up hearing this, he knows that the past is coming back in their present life. He recovered soon and asked “What's the girl’s name?? Why did she come to meet Aman??”.

Receptionist: she didn’t say the reason ASR, but her name is…….. Khushi Kumari Gupta.

When Arnav heard this name he was shocked, from whom he wanted to hide his father finally she met him here. He’s thinking “why did she come here? and that to meet Aman??”. He sat in his car and reached the hospital.

The doctor is treating Arshad in OT, Aman and Arnav standing outside OT and waiting for the doctor when Navani comes there crying. Seeing her Arnav just hugged her tightly.

Navani: how’s this happened Chote?? He always took care of his health, then how??

Aman saw Arnav, he knows he’s controlling his sorrow and tears, he kept his hand on his shoulder and assured him that “he’s with him”. Arnav consoled her and made her sit on a hospital chair and kneeled in front of her.

Navani: he promised me, that without seeing your kids he will not bid bye to this world. Tell him to keep his promise Chote. Please.

Arnav gulped his saliva hearing this, he didn’t know how to control her tears. At the meantime the Doctor came out from the OT room and saw Arnav.

Arnav: doctor, how’s my Dad??

Doctor: it’s not a minor heart attack ASR, it’s a big one, something which is hidden from long came out as a volcano, i don’t know but for this Heart attack is the reason it is big. We kept him in observation, in 8 hours if he did not come to conscious then…………….

Navani: then what doctor???

Doctor: then we’re sorry ASR, his first stroke is so strong that his heart is not responding properly.
