Chapter 13 treassure

As Natsu stood by the ocean all he could think of was the blonde haired girl who he missed.

It had been a bit of time since Natsu had finally started coming out of her apartment. But even now, all he wished was to be where he could feel her presence.

"Natsu." A blue flying cat called from behind. "You ready to head to the guild?" Happy asked.

Natsu just kept staring out into the ocean until he responded with a "mm". Turning to the blue cat and walking towards him. The two started heading to the guild.

Although Natsu had finally started coming out of Lucy's apartment he still hadn't been to the guild. He just hadn't had the desire to go.
He needed money however and the only way to get money was to go on a job.

Once they got to the guild they stopped just underneath the sign that said Fairy Tail. The guild looked so much bigger than it used too. For once since he first joined fairy tail, Natsu was in a way scared to go in. For he didn't know what to expect.

He slowly moved to the door. putting his hand on the door he pushed it open and there, fellow guild members were laughing and talking. He scanned the hall unconsciously looking for the one he longed to see.
No matter how hard he looked, no such person was there.

"Hey Natsu". Mira said surprising Natsu a bit. "I'm glad you're here. You finally going to take a job?" She asked.

Natsu looked over to the job request board then back at Mira. "Yeah, I need money". Natsu replied dryly.
"I might have a good job for you, doesn't pay much and isn't too difficult but since your getting back into it I think it'll be a good job for you to start". Mira smiled.
"As long as it pays 70,000 or more I'll take it". Natsu responded.
"It's only a 50,000 reward but still pretty good money. You can always-" Mira was cut off.
"If it doesn't pay enough to cover Lucy's rent I won't take it". Natsu said raising his voice a bit causing people to quiet.

He walked over to the request board looking at all the jobs. Seeing one that payed 75,000 he pulled it off and walked back to Mira.
"I'll take this one". He said.
"Okay. No problem". She said. Natsu walking off before she finished.

"We'll go with you". Erza said to him before Natsu went out the door. Gray and Wendy along with Carla were standing beside her.
"There's no need. I can do this by myself". He said. Happy of course knew he was going to go too but was sad that Natsu didn't include him in the sentence.

"Come on man. You'll be able to get it done much faster if we go with you. Besides you haven't been out on a job for awhile". Gray said walking towards Natsu.
"He's right. We almost always go on jobs together too. Wouldn't it be better to do it like we always do?" Wendy said.

Suddenly everyone's. Bodies went stiff. The air around became suffocating. Natsu who was turned faces to the door was now glaring at the people in front of him.
"You forgot one thing, it's not like always. In fact it used to be just Lucy Happy and I. We only started doing jobs together because it made Lucy happy. It was what she wanted. Only now she's not here anymore is she. So why do things like always. There's no point". Natsu coldly glared.

"That's enough Natsu". Said Master Makorav who patted Natsu on the shoulder. "You all will go on this job together. That's an order from me".
Natsu looked at him before turning around and responded. "Fine, whatever". He headed out the door. The others followed behind.

"Erza". Master said.
"I know, don't worry Master". She responded passing him and heading out the door.
