You felt a little empty still, but even the sensation of the fluffy blanket wrapped around you was better than nothing. And it wasn't just the fluffy blanket wrapped around you, but Bucky as well. He had managed to get you down to the couch in the living room and find a blanket. You had fallen asleep from the exhaustion overtaking you after everything. In fact, even your powers felt drained, which was odd. Maybe it was due to not having used them for so long.

"What's going on?" a man in a lab coat shouted. The lights flickered above.

"What are you doing, monster?" one of the doctors asked.

Nothing.

The bullets hung midair for a moment, and you flicked them away from you.

Was he awake? No. He was sleeping. His pulse was slow and steady against your back as he curled into you further while you moved slightly.

You could stop time.

Tony would want to know. You weren't sure you wanted to tell him. Especially if he asked how you figured it out or if you knew any other powers you had.

Because you hadn't. And that might make him suspect something.

You thought back to the other memories you were yet to truly uncover and comprehend. There was a long road ahead of you. And so many dead bodies on the road behind you...
