[MAVIS' POV]
Nagising ako sa ulirat ng biglang gumalaw at sumigaw si Alli. I think she's dreaming; She's having a nightmare.
"No please! Wag po! Help me! Please Callum! Moo! Help me!" She shouted in horror which made me panicked a little.
"Hey! Alli, wake up!wake up! You're fine! I'm here."
I said while continuously tapping her shoulders until she opened her eyes.
She woke up, her tears continues to fall and then suddenly gave me a cold stare.
She's breathing heavily and holding her chest, calming herself.
"Why are you here?" She asked while sitting up and face me properly.
"Obviously, inaalagaan kita. Why didn't you tell me you were sick. I think that was from the heavy rain the other night. Lumabas ka pa kasi ng sasakyan. Alli naman, wag ka namang pabaya sa sarili mo. Uminom ka pa may sakit ka na nga!" Panenermon ko sakanya.
Alam ko namang wala akong karapatan pero—
"Kung hindi ako lumabas, baka napatay mo na yung kaibigan mo. Kung ayaw mo pala akong lumabas ng sasakyan, sana nagpa-pigil ka na agad kina Cole and Gab. Kaso hindi, di'ba?" She answered seriously.
"Okay, I'm sorry. Anyway, Tamang-tama tapos na kitang punasan. These are my clothes di ko mahanap kung san nakalagay mga damit mo. Come, I'll help you change."
Malumanay kong sambit sakanya.
Hinawi nya lang ang mga kamay ko ng akma ko na syang hawakan. I was confident because I was wearing my gloves.
"Go home, Mavis. I can take it from here." She said coldly.
Nanibago ako sa reaksyon nyang yun. Di ako sanay sa titig nyang ganun. She's having this aura that is so serious and matured and intimidating.
"Where's my Alli?" I wondered inside my head.
I reckon her past experiences made her like this. Tumayo sya at tinungo na ang CR, narinig ko ang pagbukas nya ng shower. Lumapit ako para paalalahanan sya.
"Not too cold, Alli. Just enough to cool down your temp, okay? I'm just gonna wait here outside."
I didn't get a response. At sa totoo lang kinakabahan na ako.
Alli would never ever leave a conversation unless it's settled or she will ask kung "okay na?" Pero ano bang ineexpect ko?
I sat down on her couch near her comfort room on my left side. I waited patiently until she finished taking a shower dahil gusto kong mag-paalam ng maayos at ma-make sure na okay na sya bago ako umalis.
Nagulat ako ng bigla syang lumabas sa kabilang pinto sa may right side ko. Nakabihis na rin ito ng Pajama.
Kaya pala ang tagal, hinihintay ko syang lumabas ng CR.
Napanganga na lamang ako sa sobrang mangha at napatayo bigla habang tinatakpan ko ang bibig ko.
Tinuturo ko yung dalawang pinto. I was really speechless.
"What? It's connected. My shower room and my walk in closet." She explained. It took me few minutes to talk.
"Hindi ba tatagos yung amoy kung tatae ka?" It was a joke but I fake a curious face.
Nakita ko syang nagpipigil ng tawa and then she turned to the other side pressing her lips together trying not to show it to me.
"Excuse me? May pinto pa rin po yan sa loob. Tsaka di mabaho tae ko noh." She answered.
