The Library must always abide by these Unbreakable Rules:
No books, records, shelves or any framework of the Library, whether complete or incomplete, can be destroyed inside the Library. The Librarian shares in this indestructible immunity
Literary_users (fictional characters, concepts come to life, mythical creatures etc.) cannot spawn from any records that have been banned in the Library. The permission to enact a ban is at the sole discretion of the Librarian
While new Rules may be added to the list at the need of future developments, the first three Rules (including this one) are immutable at all times.
