Chapter 13

Liliana

The dining room didn't seem like a royal dining room. There where only four seats at a long rectangle.

My thoughts is that more seats will be placed when more people will join the Royal Family.

"That's ok. You can stay in here and explore if you want or walk in the garden and if your hungry later, the cook can make you something" Silas said smiling a small smile but I could tell he was still wary of me.

I couldn't blame him. I was still in his territory even when we cleared the mess that my Sperm Doner landed me in.

Nodding I slowly walked around the room and stopped at one of the two guards who was standing at the entrance of the dining room.

Making it seem as an innocent gesture, I slightly cocked my head while looking at his standing posture and face.

It was good and I didn't see any movement or facial expressions witch made him look like a statue, if it wasn't for the small-almost not noticeable- smile he had on his face.

They where almost as good as us, only they need to work on their facial expressions. The smile gave his statue posture a not statue posture.

I continued looking for anything I could use against them. Their build was good and it would be an maybe result almost match if I didn't use my powers.

My hand-in-hand combat was good so I could hold my own good, but I knew not to underestimate my opponent, so I was going to see how we'll end up in a match if I ever come back here.

Deciding that that was enough, I began planning my escape plan. They would easily walk during the sun, since they took a medicine or something and at night where a lot of vampires naturally awake so I'll just use a window or something if there is one in the room I would be staying in.

I wouldn't relay on my power to much. One day I may not feel them or something in a life or death situation, and I would have to use my physical strength to survive. Besides where's the fun if I don't have anything to be proud of later in life.

Yes I have powers, but I would still be an ordinary dhampir if my great grandma didn't first have powers to safe the dhampir's all those centuries ago and my grandma would literally be disappointed in my if I used my powers only without physical training and I didn't want that.

My family didn't do all that work only for my to just waves my hands. The dhampir's still need to be saved and I wouldn't rest till every single one was rescued.

Noah, Silas and Max finished their dinner and walked towards me but held a respectable distance from me.

"Where going to read in the library before going to bed, so if you want you can go with us or..." Noah said hesitate but hope that I would tag along shined so brightly in his eyes, that it was impossible to say no.
