We had been in Polis for a month now. I had been training daily with Keran and even a few times with Lexa. We had bonded more and spent a lot of time together. She even bonded with Murphy, which was funny since most of what he said was seen as offensive. Also, in this month being here, multiple people tried to find me and kill me. Lexa had explained after the second time, word had gotten out about me and my title.

Apparently, other clans thought if you killed Wanheda, you got Wanheda's power. So then, besides Murphy being with me all the time, I was constantly having someone shadowing me and guarding me. Mira had also shown up not long after we did, and kept close to me as well. I flip my hair off my face, panting as sweat covered me. "Can we break for the day? We've been training since before the sun came up. It's past mid-day." I ask Keran who chuckles at me. Murphy was across the training area, training with Mira. She had offered to train him so he knew more than how to use a gun, or knife.

"Artemis Kom Skaikru. You are a fierce force. You have been the best person I've taught to be a warrior. I think I have taught you all I can." He tells me with a proud look on his face. "Wait what?" I ask wiping my shirt across my face. I hear a whistle, then a yelp, and look at Murphy who was rubbing the back of his head. Training had gained me a lot of muscle, and given me a nice frame.

"In this month, you have learned everything I could teach you. About training, fighting in wars, our culture. You have learned it all." He tells me with a proud face. "Seriously?" I ask with a wide grin. "I am very serious." He tells me and I smile jumping on him. "Shit. My bad." I blush letting him go. "You are allowed to be excited, or proud." He chuckles at me. "We are done for the day. We can continue to train together in the mornings. But nothing will have to be as rigorous." He tells me.

"Thank you. For everything." I tell him with a bright smile. "It's been an honour." He tells me with a nod. "Congratulations, Goddess." Murphy says kissing my cheek. "Thank you! This is awesome. I need to tell the others." I say and he laughs. "Yeah. You haven't checked in yet." Murphy reminds me. "I know. Come on. I need to wash off." I say tugging Murphy along. "We'll see you later!" Mira yells with a laugh. We walk through the halls, nodding at people as they greet me, before getting to our room.

I squeal laughing when Murphy picks me up. "Murphy! We're supposed to be cleaning up." I laugh. After taking longer than needed to clean up... among other things. I finally grab the radio after brushing out my hair. "Pyro Raven this is Arty." I call with a grin. "Quit calling me that." She responds and I laugh. "Thought I'd check in. I've been training all morning and don't typically take the radio with me." I tell her. "We're all good here. Clarke is training under her mom more and more. Nate and Jasper help scavenge still. Bellamy and Lincoln train the others." She lists off.

"Tell Lincoln he needs to come see us soon. I demand it." I grin and she laughs. "How's everything going?" She asks me. "Oh! I finished my training this morning!" I say excited. "No way! Congrats Arty!" She says just as excited. "Thanks. I was super excited." I grin. "How's the cockroach?" She jokes. "I'm still alive." Murphy says over my shoulder. He laughs and Raven mockingly groans.

"How's my dad?" I ask her. "He's good. He's hoping to see you soon. Hint, hint." She says and I smile. "I'll figure out the plans here. Lexa mentioned something to do with me soon. I'll let you know tomorrow when I'll be back." I tell her. "Alright. I guess I can wait a whole day." She says dramatically and I smile. "Talk tomorrow Pyro." I chuckle tossing the radio down.

A knock makes me pout at Murphy who chuckles as I go to open it. "Yes?" I ask seeing Titus. He didn't like me too much at first, but he's gotten used to me. "Heda Lexa is requesting you." He tells me and I nod. "I'll be there soon." I tell him and he nods walking away. I shut the door and huff. "I just wanted to spend time with you. Wander the streets of Polis again." I huff and Murphy smiles.

"Come on and get dressed." He says handing me my clothes to wear. When I was in my Wanheda headspace, I wore certain clothes to look awesome. AKA to look more like Wanheda, the badass death commander that I am. I change into the outfit and work through braiding back my hair. "Here." Murphy hums kissing my cheek as he puts the jar of paint in front of me. "Love you." I smile over my shoulder at him.

"Don't sweet talk me, we have to go." He chuckles at me. He also had his own clothes to wear when we were in the meeting room. I pout at him but go about putting on my paint. As I get up and turn he gives me a quick kiss. "I love you too. Always will." He smiles at me. I smiles up at him as he grabs my hand in his. "Let's go." He hums pulling me out the door. We walk through the hall and Titus opens the door when he sees us coming. At first he tried to stop Murphy from joining us. But I kinda went off on him so he quit trying.

"You summoned us, Sorella?" I tease seeing she's alone in here. "I did. I hear congratulations are in order." She says sending me a proud look. "You spoke to Keran. Yes, he told me after training that I was finished." I say and she nods.  "How long are you planning to stay with us? The people of Polis enjoy having you here. Even if Murphy is offensive when he talks." She says throwing him an amused look. "It's a gift." He says with a grin. I facepalm shaking my head and he chuckles.

"A few more days at least. To get everything set to travel back. But of course, you can summon me back whenever. I'll never deny visiting my Sorella." I tell her. "There's going to be a meeting with all clans. I'm not sure when, but that is when Skaikru will join the coalition. Or when Nia will finally try to best me." She mutters. "That would never happen." I tell her and she sends me a smile. "I know this. Let her believe her delusions." She chuckles.

A few days later we were almost home, with a few guards to stay close. Still worried about my life. I ride up to the gate with Murphy. "It's Arty! Open the gates!" Someone yells. I laugh seeing some people run over, guessing who it is. We get in the gate and I slip off my horse, squealing as I'm picked up in a hug. "We've missed you so much." Nate says as he puts me down. I giggle turning to everyone. "I missed you guys too! It's good to be back." I say as my radio crackles.

"I made it back safe." I say in fluent Italian. Lexa insisted I teach her the language since we called each other Sorella. So now we mostly talk like that to each other. Murphy snickers seeing everyone's confused looks. "I wasn't worried. Glad you're safe Sorella." She replies. "Check in tomorrow morning." She tells me before it's quiet. "Sorry guys. She's very protective. Everyone is." I mutter and Murphy pinches my side. "Alright fine. Where's my dad? I need to talk to everyone about something." I sigh. Monty runs off to get him as we move sitting in the camp that it seems majority of them were using now.

"Arty." I hear and turn smiling. "Hey old man." I tease and he chuckles as he hugs me. "What's up? Monty said you needed to tell us something." Marcus says and I nod. "So the past month, there have been.... Like 5 attempts to... killme." I say mumbling the last two words. "Five attempts to what?" Nate  says wide eyed. "Kill me. Alright? People think if they kill Wanheda, they get Wanhedas powers. So there's guards here with us to watch over me." I tell them. "Does Anyone know...?" Marcus asks trailing off.

"No. No one got close enough to actually hurt me." I tell him and he nods. "Know what?" Bellamy asks me. "It's a long story that I'd rather not tell right now. I'll explain soon. Promise." I smile at him and he nods. We sit talking about everything I've done the past month, with Murphy talking about all the cool stuff we've done.
