At the Kapoor house.
Mihir gets ready to go to his office and comes downstairs where his family is sitting at the breakfast table.
His mother Pavitra Kapoor, his chhote papa, Shekhar Kapoor and chhoti maa Meera Kapoor and Rajat, all are already sitting at the breakfast table waiting for his arrival.
Vamika is not present here at this time because she is at her home with Meher.
" Good morning everyone." Mihir takes his place and wishes everyone, upon which everyone wishes him too.
Mihir is about to take the first bite of his breakfast when he stops at the words of his mother, who is sitting in the chair of the head of the family at the breakfast table:
" Mihir, main umeed karti hu, tum jo bhi karoge, soch samjhkar karoge." Pavitra says to which Mihir looks at his mother in confusion, not understanding for a moment what his mother is talking about.
And seeing her son's confusion, Pavitra looks at everyone who are silently watching her because everyone knows that at this time if Mihir will listen to anyone then it will be only his mother, that is why even after knowing everything no one says anything to him, but Pavitra decides to warn Mihir because apparently this family has a very old relationship with the Malhotra family.
" Rajat ne hume sab btaaya hai Kal Malhotra house me kya hua hai." Pavitra says this while clearing Mihir's confusion, to which Mihir looks at Rajat.
What was the need to tell him everything to everyone.
" Baat mere dost ki hai bhaiya..." Looking into Mihir's eyes, Rajat just thinks this but does not say loudly.
" Mihir, main nahi chahti tumhare kuch bhi karne se hum do parivaaro me koi mat-bhed ho....kyonki ve sirf humare puraane dost nahi balki pairvaar hi hai." Priya says which Mihir listens to silently.
Well Mihir also realises that he has done something wrong there yesterday. He should not have talked to Agastya or his parents like that.
" Ve log bahut pratisthit ( Reputed ) log hai, Agastya bahut hi pyara bachha hai....aur tum jo soch rahe ho unke saath karne ka wo galat hai." Pavitra says him this
" Maa, Meher ke saath bhi to galat ho raha hai..." Mihir tells his mother
" Mujhe pta hai, us bachhi ( Meher ) ke saath galat hua hai, par ab ek saath sahi karne ke liye, dusre ke saath galat karna kahin ki samjhdaari nahi hai." Pavitra says at which Mihir sees her
" Agastya galat nahi hai. Jo ilzaam tum uspar lgaa rahe ho wo galat hai....usne to us bachhi ko ek naya zivan diya hai aur tum uspar ilzaam lgaa rahe ho ki usne use jabardasti apne paas rakha hai ?" Pavitra speaks to him in disbelief, to which Mihir sighs.
" Maa, main aisa koi ilzaam nahi lgaa raha Agastya par, mujhe pta hai wo ek achha aadmi hai.
Aur maine bhi pehle us se achhe se hi baat karne ki kosish ki thi...par wo zidd par adaa hai...toh ab aise me humare paas bhi koi aur option nahi hai siwaaye court jaane ke....main bhi court ke chakkaro me nahi padna chahta tha, par....." Mihir is unable to speak further when Pavitra interrupts him
" Par-war kuch nahi aur Mihir ab main kuch jyada nahi bolungi par main itna jrur bolna chahungi ye parivaarik maamla hai, baat karke suljhao....Yun court jaana sahi nahi hai, wo bhi tab, jab unlog ki koi galti nahi hai." Priya says to which Mihir sighs.
" Aur haan tumhe Payal aur Viraj bhai saheb se apne vehvaar ke liye maafi maangni chahiye aur saath hi Agastya se bhi." Pavitra says at which Mihir sees her
