Blood Must Have Blood 2

I head through the mountain with everyone behind me. I spot a soldier ahead and kick the gun from his hand pinning him to the wall. "Where are my people." I snarl at him. "I won't tell you." He says and I chuckle. "Tell me, or the next meal you're getting, is your own tongue." I say pointing my knife at his mouth. "The dorm! The dorm!" He yells and I smirk. "Thanks." I hum and bash his head into the wall. 

"Clarke. Dorms. Where?" I ask her. "They're up one floor." She tells me and I nod. "Let's go." I hum heading for the elevator as I grab the guys badge. On our walk we run into Bellamy and the others. "Bell." I grin hugging him tightly. "We need a bit of help. They're getting into level 5 for Maya. Her suits almost out of air. Arty, why don't we head to the command center. You too." He says looking over my head at Lexa. 

"Nate go with Tavi, Maya, and your brother." I grin as the boy jumps past me at his brother. "Murphy come with us to the control center. Clarke show them where the dorm is." I tell them and they nod as we split. We head that way and I realize there's an old guy with us. "Who the hell is this?" I ask Bellamy. "Dante. Cage's father." He tells me. "Ohh Leverage. I like it." I hum and he sighs. "Arty, we can't kill all these people. Some of them helped us." He tells me quietly.

"Help or not. They didn't help the grounders for the past 97 years as they were bled out so they could survive." I hiss at him. We get to the control center and Monty gets us in the door. "Can you get the monitors back on?" I ask him and he nods. "Anything you need, Curls." He grins at me and I chuckle. "Missed you too, Monty." I tell him softly. The screens come to life and I scan them. "Get me a radio." I tell Bellamy and he turns grabbing one handing it over. "There." I point at the nearest man to the camera.

"What does his badge say?" I ask them. "Uhh... Louren." Monty tells me as he zooms in. "Officer Louren, Mount Weather Security Detail." I call into the radio and see him pause. "Who is this?" He asks confused. "The one who killed Carl Emerson. Put your president on." I state and Bellamy and Monty look at me shocked. "Bell, you literally watched me killed 3 people in one night. Don't even." I say and he nods. 

"Artemis, was it?" Cage says through the radio. "Don't act like you forgot me, Cage. I have your father." I say and see him pause. "They have Raven on the table." Murphy tells me and my eyes snap up to the screen. "If you don't let my people go, he's dead." I say into the radio. "How do I know you have him?" He asks me. "Stay the course, Cage." Dante says when I stick the radio out to him. "You won't do it." He answers. "You don't know me very well. Carl Emerson is dead. Because he believed the grounders commander would betray me. He's outside rotting." I state unbothered. 

"Arty, we need him." Bellamy tells me quietly. "No, we don't. Lexa's army is heading for the dorms as we speak. This Mountain doesn't get to have power over anyone anymore." I tell him and he sighs but nods. "Dad.. I'll take care of our people." Cage says and I scoff. "Son of the year." I mutter. "Lexa, he's yours. He's hurt your people more than mine." I tell her and turn away. "Well, the grounders commander just killed him. I hope your choice was worth it." I say in the radio. 

He turns talking to the guard with him and he runs. "He's coming here." Murphy mutters. "Monty, can we irradiate level 5?" I ask and he pauses. "I would have to check everything. I don't know for sure. I'll look." He tells me as he starts going through the computers. "Where's he going?" Lexa asks making me look up. "The dorms." I mutter softly. "No... they went after TonDC again." I curse when I spot more people. Marcus, Abby, Millers dad.

"Artemis there are people here who were innocent. Children." Bellamy urges. "Then give me a better idea!" I snap at him. I turn back to the screen and freeze. "No. No, no, no! Damn it!" I yell angrily. Murphy holds me against his chest tightly, as I see Marcus getting dragged to the table. "Artemis, if you go through with this, there's no going back." Bellamy tells me. "He ended any chance of going back when he put Marcus on the table." I mutter as Murphy let's me go.

"Why did you stop?" I ask seeing Monty wasn't typing. "Because I did it. All we have to do... is pull this. Hatches and vents will open, and the scrubbers reverse, pulling in outside air." He tells me and I look down at the lever. I grab the lever and look back up at the screen. Octavia and Maya were pinned down, the dorms, us. A hand covers mine and I look up at Lexa next to me. "Together, Sorella." She says quietly. I nod at her with a smile.

We pull the lever and watch. Everyone slowly drops, that wasn't a grounder, ark survivor, or got bone marrow. "Let's go." I say walking out. Lexa and Murphy follow first, Monty next. Bellamy follows last as I walk to the dining area first. I see Octavia kneeling by Jasper. He stands up and pulls, who I assume is Maya with him. "So you took my advice?" I call and they turn. "Arty." Jasper smiles coming and hugging me tightly. "Glad to see you too. Let's go. Our people are still kinda chained. You ditched them." I taunt, taking off down the hall. 

We get into the room and Octavia moves unchaining people. I run to the table, my worry spiking again. "Dad. Hey, hey focus." I say tapping his face. "Dad huh? Did I get promoted?" He mumbles and I laugh feeling tears on my cheeks. "Well you are my dad. Have been for a while now, asshole." I mutter wiping my face. "Well I'll take the promotion." He mutters as Lincoln and Keran come helping him up. I turn hearing my name seeing the other remaining 100. 

I grin hugging all of them tightly. "We knew you'd be here. Took your damn time though." Miller teases me. "I can leave and come back in a week or two?" I taunt back and they laugh. "Nope. Take us the hell home." Harper tells me. "Sounds like a plan." I chuckle. "Everyone! Help where you can getting these people out. Let's go home." I call out and the grounders move as asked. The others look at me shocked and I grin.

"A lot has happened. Story time when we get home." I tell them. We get them all out of there, heading out the main door. "Woah." I hear them muttering, seeing the remaining army outside the door. "The Mountain has fallen!" Lexa yells and the army cheers. "Let's go home." I yell and hear cheers of agreement. "Sorella, I do hope you'll join me in Polis. Murphy can join too of course." Lexa says eyeing him amused. "How about, we get these guys back to camp first? Then we'll ride back with you?" I offer and she nods. 

The trek back home took longer than expected. But I wasn't surprised. Maya wandered a lot which ended in Jasper having to tug her back with a laugh. "Here we are." I call seeing the gate. "Open the gate!" I yell and it slowly opens as the people still inside camp crowd around.

"Welcome home, remaining 100"
