Season 2
Episode 15:
Blood Must Have Blood-1
We had moved out with the rest of the army as the moved a drill to the door. Monroe moved up to use it, since no one else here knew how to use it. Which made me think we all need to know this shit. No more specifying what you learn based on Ark station. "That should do it. Bombs away." She tells us as others move the drill. She moves to stand with us and Millers dad looks at me. I give him a nod and he nods back.
"Be careful." I tell him as he walks up with the hydrazine. "Archers, watch the trees." Lexa calls as I watch Lincoln flank him. He grabs his arm talking to him quietly. They both move back after it's in place and I take a breath as I wait for it to go off. "Hey. We found a walkie out there. Think one of them dropped it on their last outing." Nate calls running over to me. He holds it up and I grab it.
I click the button grinning when it goes off. "It's still charged." I smirk and Nate grins at me. "I'm putting the fear of us in him." I say at Lexa's curious look. "For all in the mountain. One of you find your leader. I wanna speak to the one you call Cage." I say into the walkie talkie. It's quiet for a few minutes before I hear a man's voice. "Who is this?" He asks.
"You must be Cage. I do hope Emerson made it back in time. Hated to cut it, but he needed to know how serious my threat was." I say and Lexa raises a brow at me. "I'll explain in a second." I chuckle at her. "You must be Artemis. The one that's being called Wanheda." He answers. "You don't get to say it though. You can call me Artemis if you must. You've earned no right, in using my title." I say annoyed. It sounded wrong coming from him.
"Alright, Artemis. What can I do for you?" He asks curiously. "Letting all of our people go would be a start. After that, I'd love to see your head on a silver platter. I'm sure you have a few of those in this big ass Mountain." I say hearing a snicker behind me. I smack Murphy who huffs at me. "I don't think that will happen. See, I need these people. So that my people in here, can come back where they belong." He tells me and I scoff.
"At this point? The only place you belong, is six feet under. You made a big mistake taking all these people. And an even bigger mistake, in using MY people, for bone marrow. You're gonna regret ever touching these people Cage. Especially when they find you." I say and feel multiple confused looks. "They?" He asks confused as well. "An elite team. They are exceptional at getting into places they shouldn't be. It's down-right criminal at how good they are, at being where they shouldn't." I say turning to smirk at the few 100 that are out here.
They all grin as they realize my words. "By the time this door opens. I better see ALL of the people that are outsiders, walking out of that mountain. If not? I'll be coming in, and I won't stop until I feel your heart stop beating myself." I say before I drop the radio and stomp on it. "I wasn't the one threatened, and I'm scared." I hear Monroe whispering and some chuckles. "Well, maybe he got my point finally." I shrug at her.
Waiting for so long, it got dark out. "It's taking too long." Clarke mutters next to me. "It takes as long as it takes." Lexa replies. "You should join me in Polis after this. It will change the way you see us." Lexa says turning to me. "You already have, Sorella." I tell her and she nods, a twitch of a smile. I turn hearing gunfire and frown. "It's coming from the dam." Lincoln tells me. "They know we're going for the power." I mutter. I plead in my head that it works, and when the lights above the door go out I grin. "She did it. One minute. Lexa, you do the honors." I tell her.
She hits the button and I frown when nothing happens. "They're jamming us. We need to be closer." Clarke tells us. Shooting starts over our heads and Murphy drags me to the ground. "45 seconds!" Someone yells. "If I can get there I can trigger it manually." Millers dad tells me. "No. You are staying alive to see your son." I argue. "I can do it. Move." Lincoln says running over. There's gunfire from above us and I turn to Lexa. "Remember the plan?" I say quietly and she smirks nodding her head. "It was my plan. Of course I remember." She says leaving with a group of warriors.
I turn seeing Lincoln lit an arrow tip on fire and shoot it at the bottle. It explodes and I grin. When the firing stops I feeling relieved. "Get people on that door." I tell him and he nods yelling to the army behind us as they all run to work. I hear Lexa yelling and smirk knowing what's coming. "I hope your acting skills are up to par." I tell my friends as I walk over. "What's going on?" I ask her. "Are the surrendering?" I ask seeing the grounders coming out. "Not quite." Emerson smirks.
I wait for the right second, gritting my teeth. "What did you do?" I ask her, feigning my shock. "What you would have done. Saved my people." She tells me. "Where are my people?" I ask and see Emerson smirk again. "You made the right choice commander." He says and I smirk now. "You're right. She did." I say and he turns to me. I pull out my knife and twirl it with my own smirk before cutting his throat.
"Get that door open all the way!" Lexa yells and everyone seems to get out of their shock going back to work. They pull harder as the grounders still filter out. We knew as much as they would want to fight, they didn't have the energy. "Get them out of here! Back from the front line!" I yell and some of the freed grounders turn looking at me, seeming shocked. "You are the one he told me of." A woman says.
"His name is Bellamy. Where is he?" I ask her. "He said he was going to find his friends. I have not seen him since." She tells me. "Get to safety. We've got it from here." I tell her and she nods. "Let's go!" I yell marching for the door as I see it opened completely. I head inside hearing people coming after me. "Let's do this." Murphy says from my left. "Never backed down from a fight before." Nate grins on my right.
"You know usually seconds don't give orders." Keran taunts behind me. "I will fight you later." I say hearing shooting ahead. I head towards it ready to kick someones ass. "Alright everyone. Find the last of my people. Then do what you must." I say pulling out my sword swinging it around.
"Cage is mine."
