When I saw Roxy for the first time, I couldn't stop the thoughts of my dad being killed in cold blood when I was 10 year old.
Flashback
We went to a concert where the dhampir's started singing their normal songs witch where popular, but when they sang their 5th song, the men along with my father and the other men started to change.
First their eyes would get glossy, then they started breathing heavier before they started to started to rip their shirts and clawing at their chest.
The woman who came with them started to panic and trying to free their boyfriends or husbands hands.
Me along with the other kids hid under a big table, not wanting to stand in our parents way and silently cried when they began to sing louder, making the men claw harder at their chest with their claws out.
In less than two minute they had a gap in their hands and dug into it to get their hearts out, and crushed them so hard that they faded into ash where they where sitting previously.
The woman cried and shouted at the dhampir woman's on stage who didn't look remorseful. They just wore satisfied smirks on their faces and left the stage calmly.
That's when we saw their true form. The weren't kind. They where viscious creatures who used their charm to get what they wanted.
The previous married woman looked around for their kids and when they found them, they quickly grabbed them and rushed home to bring their kids to safety.
After that whenever we saw a dhampir, we quickly went inside and cover our ears to avoid being killed.
When I aged 300 years, my mother couldn't hold on anymore and said goodbye after she thought I was ready for the world.
She stayed strong for me after all those years of heartache from missing her husband and only mate.
She was slowly creeping in a shell of herself along with the other woman vampires. Whenever we had it difficult, the humans helped us out.
They discovered that they where immune to their singing and used that to capture the dhampir's.
After another 550 years we managed to capture all the dhampir's and rip their hearts out the same way they did with the vampire men.
It took a lot of centuries to find them, because every time we found a clue, the seemed to disappear and after a while come back out.
We followed their patter and they where in houses where there was a lot of darkness, so we used the cristals the humans got and transformed them into light bulbs and gave each villager a few to keep their houses from darkness.
