𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒊𝒙 ≫ 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆

Adeline's POV: 

I groaned and threw the stupid ripped up dress onto the ground. I was looking for something to wear so I could go out with my friends but I still couldn't find anything. 

After a little bit, I laid my eyes on a denim mini skirt and with a dark navy blue button up shirt. I decided to just go with that, pairing it along with me boots. I quickly grabbed my purse before heading towards my hotel door and locking it behind me.

Settling into my car, I felt my butt burn due to the rays of sun running down onto the leather, making it scorching. I quickly turned on the seat coolers and waited before settling down and turning on the engine of my car. I turned the radio on and noticed them playing my song, making me frown. As a singer, I personally don't like my music that much but people always tell me it's beautiful.

Once the song had finished, I sighed in relief while turning the corner of the parking garage and heading out. I heard the radio talking about how popular my song was which made me smile a little. Just because I don't like my own music, I love watching people be inspired by me or play music that I made. It shows that all my efforts weren't just for nothing and that I'm actually useful to others.

I grumbled something under my breath before simply turning on my bluetooth in the car and playing Lana del ray, one of my favorite artists and insporation for my music. As sad girl played in the background, I focused mainly on the road, noticing how many people on the streets and sidewalks stopped and took a photo of my car. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary for someone who lived in Monte-Carlo, it was a Ferrari F40.. No wonder they're taking photos.

Smiling at some of the people, I pulled into the huge casino infront of me, where an exclusive event is being held for APM Monaco. As one of their ambassadors alongside Charles and his older and younger brother, Lorenzo and Arthur, It was obvious that Nathaniel was going to be here too. I set the pit in my stomach aside and focused on the most important thing, my entrance into the event. I got out of my F40, cameras flashing all around me as I smiled and waved more at the paparazzi. 

Eventually, someone came outside to guide me into the event with more assistance. I quickly followed along and entered the casino, glacing at the beauties of the interior. Of course Casino de Monte-Carlo was this beautiful, counting that the archetects were very high end in their fields, but I never expected this type of beauty. There was glass panels covering the ceilings but the designs on them were so intricate, it'd leave any learning archetect in a coma.

As I walked through the casino to the main event, I bumped into many other beautiful models and Actors/Actresses. I also bumped into Kika, Pierre's girlfriend, and we had a whole yap session before going our seperate ways due to Pierre calling her over for pictures. I sighed and settled in my seat, wondering what I should do now that I'm finally alone and not in the spotlight.

Just on cue however, Alexandra appeared beside me with her soft smile and whimsical clean girl makeup. "Beauty as always." I teased, making her laugh elegantly. "You know me, always a clean girl kind of person." She said. "We're acting like we didn't hang out like.. yesterday." I mentioned, both of us breaking into laughter before the Leclerc brothers came to our table and settled down, Charlotte and Jade, Lorenzo and Arthur's girlfriends also joined us, leaving one seat beside me empty.

I sat in confusion for a moment before realizing what this meant. Alex seemed to also notice that I figured out because she burst into laughter once more, making me hit her arm. "Not funny, you probably planned this, didn't you?!" I exclaimed as she nodded while laughing. I groaned and rolled my eyes before I saw Nathaniel approaching, always having that cheeky smirk on his face.

"Hello there, Querida." He smirked before sitting down beside me, leaving me in even more annoyance as I looked at Alexandra who looked like she was going to burst out laughing once more. I prayed Charles would cover for me and just talk to Nathaniel, which he did for a while before focusing on other guests, leaving me doomed here.
