CHRIS'S HOUSE HAD BECOME A SECOND HOME TO THEIR GROUP.
it was the place they crashed when they didn't feel like going home, where the walls had witnessed more dumb arguments than they could count. who was picking the movie? what should they order for dinner? or the perennial debate over whether or not zayn should stop trying to set up absurd pranks. it was all part of the regular rhythm, the kind of nonsense that had become as familiar as breathing.
