The weight of his mother's death sat heavy in his chest– a cold, unrelenting force that had shatter him for years. His fingers tightened around the whiskey glass as he thought of the man that took his mother's life.

"Fucking let me go, you ugly motherfuckers!"
Sven exhaled, setting his glass down. "Bring her in."
Ilang sandali lang, bumukas ang pinto, at pumasok si Solana.
She was exactly as he remembered. He had to admit, Solana has undeniably presence. She has delicate features, long raven hair cascading over her waist, her porcelain skin, eyes filled with quiet defiance despite the confusion in them. Wala siyang alam kung bakit nandoon siya.
"Sven Rosenheim," aniya, her voice steady despite the tension in the air. "Anong kailangan mo sa'kin? Bakit ako nandito?!"
Sven stood, his movements slow, deliberate. He closed the distance between them, watching the flicker of uncertainty in her gaze.
"Because, Solana," he murmured, his voice laced with dark amusement, "I'm about to ruin your life."
She stiffened, her brows furrowing. "Excuse me?"
Sven leaned even closer. Lumalim ang ngiti ni Sven. "Welcome to your father's retribution."
And just like that, Solana's world began to crumble.
