People blinked, confused. Planes that were mid-crash were suddenly back in the air, cruising normally. Bank robbers in action found their bags empty, their guns replaced with UNO cards.
Lucifer, Constantine, Batman, and Deadpool stood in a circle, all holding a PS5 controller.
Lucifer squinted at the screen. "Did... Did we just get reloaded into a save file?"
Deadpool checked his suit. "Yup. And they didn't even fix my damn healing factor. What kind of update is this?"
Constantine took a sip of whiskey. "You lot ever think we're just... characters in someone's sick comedy?"
Batman: "...No."
A loud ding echoed in the sky.
"WELCOME TO EARTH V2.0. PLEASE READ THE PATCH NOTES BEFORE CONTINUING."

All past events have been merged into one timeline
The concept of "dreams vs. reality" has been removed (They are now the same thing)

Green Arrow's aim has been nerfed

Lucifer stared at the sky. "That last one is cruel."
SCENE 2: WHITE HOUSE, POST-UPDATE
Trump and Obama found themselves back in the Oval Office.
Trump: "Wait. Weren't we just in Cyberpunk?"
Obama: "YG must've finalized the reboot."
A hologram of YG appeared on the desk, casually eating a burger.
YG: "Ayo, congrats! You survived the patch."
Trump: "I demand to see the full update list!"
YG: "Aight, let me summarize it for you. Basically, reality now runs like GTA Online. You can do whatever, but if you mess up too much—"

Trump: "BRO."
YG: "Better start running, my guy."
Suddenly, John Wick kicked down the door.
Obama grabbed his head. "Damn it, YG!"
SCENE 3: THE HEROES' MEETING
In a secret location, a meeting was held.

Doctor Strange folded his arms. "Reality is unstable."
Tony Stark: "No sh*t, Sherlock."
Sherlock: "Excuse me?"
Lucifer sipped his drink. "YG did something. I can feel it. Everything is merging."
The Flash leaned forward. "Every story, every timeline... They're all becoming one. No more separation."
Neo: "Then that means one thing—"
Deadpool: "—CROSSOVER EVENT, BABY!"
SCENE 4: YG'S FINAL SWITCH
YG sat alone, watching the universe from above.
He sighed. "Man, they ain't ready for this next part."
A single button appeared in front of him.
[ENABLE FINAL MERGE?]
YG cracked his knuckles, smirked, and whispered—
"Let's make things interesting."
He pressed it.
