Chapter 5 (Z30): When The Devil's Patience Runs Out

SCENE 1: CASE FILE #777 – THE MIDNIGHT SLASHER
Los Angeles. Midnight.

Chloe Decker stood over a gruesome crime scene. A body laid sprawled across the pavement, a cryptic symbol burned into the wall.

Lucifer stood beside her, inspecting his nails.

Lucifer: "Well, Detective, I must say—this one is particularly messy. Almost artistic, really."

Chloe: "Lucifer, can you take this seriously?"

Lucifer: "Oh, I am. Just appreciating the killer's dedication."

Ella Lopez walked up, shaking her head.

Ella: "Guys, this symbol isn't in any database. It's ancient. Like, really ancient."

Dan (scoffing): "Great. So now we're dealing with a medieval murderer?"

Before anyone could respond—

A bright flash filled the alleyway.

BOOM!

YG walked in like he had just respawned in GTA.

Wearing a neon suit, holding a burger, and drinking a slushie.

YG: "YO! Y'all still on this case? Damn, y'all slow."

Lucifer closed his eyes, exhaling sharply.

Lucifer: "You again."

Chloe: "Who the hell is this?"

YG (grinning): "Girl, I'm the reason your show still got views."

Chloe blinked.

Dan: "Bro, what?"

YG pointed at the crime scene.

YG: "Look, y'all are about to spend the next 40 minutes chasing fake leads, talking to suspects, and then magically solving this in the last five minutes."

Lucifer tilted his head.

Lucifer: "Well, yes, that's how things work."

YG: "Nah. Let me speedrun this."

YG snapped his fingers—

And suddenly, the murderer teleported in, handcuffed.

Murderer: "Wait, what the hell?!"

Chloe (stunned): "What the...?"

YG: "Boom. Solved. Now you got extra time to go home and binge Netflix."

Lucifer rubbed his temples.

Lucifer: "You are truly a menace."

YG: "And you're welcome."

SCENE 2: LUCIFER'S FAMILY MEETING GONE WRONG
The Celestial Realm.

Lucifer sat at the end of a long table. Surrounding him were all his siblings.

Amenadiel sat with his arms crossed.
Gabriel kept checking his phone.
Azrael was doodling in a notebook.
Uriel was reading a book labeled "How to Be Less Annoying."
And of course...

YG was sitting right in the middle, eating a plate of wings.

Lucifer pinched the bridge of his nose.

Lucifer: "Remind me again why YOU are here?"

YG: "Bro, I've been in every other episode. Might as well crash the family reunion."

Amenadiel sighed.

Amenadiel: "We are here to discuss celestial matters. You do not belong here, mortal."

YG: "First of all, I ain't mortal. Second, y'all suck at having meetings. Y'all been here for 40 minutes and did NOTHING."

Gabriel: "...He's not wrong."

Lucifer slammed the table.

Lucifer: "WILL YOU STOP ENCOURAGING HIM?!"

SCENE 3: MAZIKEEN'S MOST DANGEROUS ASSASSINATION JOB
Mazikeen stood on a rooftop, scoping out her latest target.

A high-profile crime lord. Surrounded by guards. Armed to the teeth.

Mazikeen smirked.

Mazikeen: "Too easy."

She was about to make her move when—

A loud burp echoed from behind her.

Mazikeen froze. Slowly, she turned around.**

YG was sitting on a lawn chair, eating popcorn.

YG: "Yo, what's up, Maze? Whatchu doin'?"

Mazikeen gritted her teeth.

Mazikeen: "What. Are. You. Doing. Here?"

YG: "Oh, just watching you work. You're like John Wick, but hotter."

Mazikeen unsheathed her knives.

Mazikeen: "I swear to Lucifer, if you mess up my mission—"

YG: "Mess it up? Girl, I already handled it."

BOOM!

Suddenly, the crime lord was teleported in front of Maze, tied up with a bow.

YG: "Happy birthday."

Mazikeen stared.

Mazikeen: "...I am going to kill you."

YG: "Get in line."

SCENE 4: THE FINAL STRAW
Lucifer stood in his penthouse, drink in hand.

YG appeared behind him, casually flipping through a magazine.

Lucifer: "WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?!"

YG: "Because I live rent-free in your head, bro."

Lucifer threw his drink across the room.

Lucifer: "THAT'S IT. ENOUGH. YOU HAVE INTERRUPTED EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. YOU RUINED MY INVESTIGATIONS. YOU CRASHED MY FAMILY MEETING. YOU COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED MY EXISTENCE!"

YG: "Damn. You mad?"

Lucifer was breathing heavily.

Lucifer: "I... am... FURIOUS!"

YG leaned in.

YG: "Sounds like a you problem."

Lucifer snapped.

Lucifer: "DETECTIVE, I NEED A GUN."

Chloe peeked in.

Chloe: "You're immortal."

Lucifer screamed into a pillow.

SCENE 5: THE FINAL TWIST
Lucifer sat on his throne in Hell, exhausted.

YG popped up next to him.

YG: "Yo, real talk. You ever wonder why I can do all this?"

Lucifer glared.

Lucifer: "Enlighten me."

YG grinned.

YG: "Because I ain't bound by your rules, your world, or even this reality. I exist because I say I do. And that's the difference between me and everyone else."

Lucifer went silent.

For the first time, he felt something unfamiliar.

A slight... unease.

Lucifer: "...Who are you, really?"

YG smirked.

YG: "Wouldn't you like to know?"
