Chapter 3 Lucy?

It's been a day since Lucy left on her solo mission. Everything has been as it usually is. Except for one pink haired dragon slayer.

     
            - Natsu pov-

Lucy has been gone for a whole day. She sent a letter telling Mira that she wouldn't be back until later tonight but still, there's been this feeling I've had since she left that's made me uneasy. I don't like it.

*tap tap* a finger taps on the table. I look up to see a a girl with short white hair who resembles Mira.

"Hey Natsu". The girl says with a smile.

"Oh, hey Lisanna". I say back

"How about you, Happy, Wendy, Carla, and I go on a quest together. Wendy picked it out. We have to defeat some monsters who are tormenting a village nearby. Come on. I'm sure you'll feel better after you slay some monsters".

"Yeah Natsu, let's do it". Happy says.

"Okay fine". I grumble.

"Okay it's settled! We'll leave shortly!" Lisanna says happily.

-Little time skip-

"Sky dragon roar!" Wendy a girl with blue hair with sky dragon slayer magic yells out.

"Take this!" Lisanna turns into a big purple bunny.

I watch them as they attack the monsters that were surrounding us. They've been getting stronger. Especially Wendy.

"Natsu lookout!" A voice cries out.
I turn my head to see three monsters running towards me. I jump into the air towards them and yell, "Fire dragon iron fist!" Knocking out the monsters.
After that it doesn't take long until we destroy all of the monsters.

"Good job everyone". Carla a white flying cat says to us.

"Thanks!" Wendy says smiling.

"Let's go claim the reward then grab some late lunch before heading back". Lisanna suggests. "Sounds good to me". Everyone says. I just nod and follow them.

When we get to the restaurant we order then grab a table. We then chow down on the food.
"You don't seem as hungry as you usually do after fighting natsu". Lisanna looks at me eating her fries.

"I'm just not that hungry". I mumble

"You know, she's strong". Lisanna says.

"Huh?"

"Lucy. She's incredibly strong and can hold her own in a fight. Remember Tartarus, she saved all of us".

"I know that. She's as tough as they come!" I say. "It's just... I don't know, when she's not here and I can't see her it.." I trail off.

"It makes you uneasy". Lisanna finishes the sentence.

"It's like every time I'm not there or a big disaster happens, something always goes wrong and she..." I recall some flash backs. "Whatever. I'm heading back". I say standing up.

The train ride back was hell. Curse this dragon motion sickness. I wanted to hurl up all of my food and intestines. The rest of the guys followed me so we all were heading back to fairytale.

Once we got off the train, We'll Happy dragging me off, we started heading back to the guild. But as we were walking out of the train station I saw long blonde hair in the corner of my eye. "Lucy". I mumbled and ran off.

"Natsu?" The others said in confusion.

Once I caught up to her I grabbed her by the shoulder.

*Smack* her hand slapped my hand away and she turned around with an irritated face. But it soon went away and she smiled
