The dragon who stole a star from the night sky (nalu)

Chapter 1-"introduction"

Natsu!" A voice yelled out from afar. A girl with blonde hair was yelling as she ran towards the pink haired guy. "Natsu! Wait up!" She kept yelling. "Maybe you should die down on those midnight snacks if your this out of shape Lucy". Natsu said back. "Are you calling me fat?! If you are I'll give you a nice Lucy kick in the face!" Lucy said in an irritated tone. "Besides it's your fault for always taking off before any of us have time to get situated". Natsu just shrugged and continued on.

Lucy, Natsu, happy, Erza, and Gray were on a quest to find two dogs who ran away into some woods which were known to have dangerous beasts lerking. The person who was the owner of the dogs was an elderly women who lived in a small village near those woods. Because she herself couldn't go into those woods she put out a request for someone to go instead.
The gang was just coming back from another big quest when they saw the flyer at a train station and thought they'd help since it seemed like an easy thing and wanted something else to do.

"Where are the others?" Natsu asked. "They are farther back. Thanks to someone who just suddenly ran off I had to go after him so he wouldn't get into any trouble!" Lucy smacked natsu head. "Ow, sorry I thought I smelled something weird so I went to see what it was. Turns out it was just a rotten mushroom" natsu held the mushroom out right in front of Lucy's face. "Get that away!" Lucy screamed. "Haha" Natsu laughed.

Lucy and Natsu sat down waiting for the others to catch up. Natsu layed down resting his head on Lucy's lap. Lucy stroked his hair. *sigh* "You really need to learn not to rush off all the time Natsu, seriously for one it's annoying and two what if something happens". Lucy sighed.

"I can't help. When I see or smell something I need to find out what it is! Besides, you always come after me so it's fine". Natsu smiles up at Lucy. Lucy blushes and looks away "R-right, whatever".

A few minutes later Gray and Erza, along with Happy show up. "There you guys are!" Happy the blue flying cat says.
"Natsu you idiot always rushing off and causing trouble". Gray the guy with black hair and ice powers stats.
"That's Natsu for you". Erza with scarlet hair and can equip to almost any armor or clothing says.
Lucy and Natsu get up. "Now that we are all here let's continue on!" Natsu says enthusiastically.

The gang makes it towards the woods where the missing dogs went into. As they slowly walk deeper in, a low growl comes from afar. "Uhm you guys here that?" Lucy asks. "You betcha". Natsu responds. "Seems like a monster is near by". Gray says.

Then all of a sudden a big beast that has two heads that look like a wolf, an elephant sized body, and a tail like a snake appears. "Woah look at that ugly thing!" Natsu yells.
"Ice make lance!" Gray calls.
" Equip!" Erza yells.
They both attack the the monster but little damage is done. "Fire dragon roar!" Natsu blows into his his fist and fire comes out. "Open gate of lion!" Lucy takes out a golden key and a man like figure with orange hair and glasses appears. "Hey Lucy long time no see". The man says. "Not the time Loki, take that beast down!" Lucy barks back.

All of the attack at once and soon the monster is defeated
"Phew, thought we were toast". Natsu says. "Says the guy who took the thing down in one shot. Gray stats. "I thought that monster would put up more of a fight but it was just plain weak". Happy says.
"Says you. You didn't do anything happy". Lucy sarcastically says. "Shhh guys, I hear something". Erza quietly says. Everyone becomes quiet and hears a faint whimper coming from some bushes a few feet away.
They walk over a find the two dogs who were missing. "All right! Let's get these little guys back to their owner!" Natsu says happily.
The gang grab the dogs and make their way back towards the town where the old lady was waiting for their return.

"You coming Erza?" Lucy calls. "Yeah, I just thought I heard something. Never mind. Let's get going and complete this mission. Erza says catching up to the rest. But little did they know there were others in those woods watching them. Well, watching one of them.

Hello! Thanks for reading the first chapter! I got the title idea from a comment I saw on a video ( so credits to them!) (BUT THE STORY PLOT IS ALL MINE) and couldn't get it out of my head so now I'm writing it. It's going to be kind of short I think but I'll try!!

I didn't have an idea on how to start this chapter so thought I'd just to a small introduction to the characters chapter! But there will be more action and excitement waiting to come just you wait!
