Kie, JJ, and Cora get to the Carrera house, finding Mike's truck parked out front. The two teenagers stay low so they're not seen.

JJ looks in the window of the truck.

"He's not in there. We're good." JJ whispers. They crouch next to the fence. "Are you sure you wanna do this? A little Dad Theft Auto?" Kie gives him a weird look.

"No." Kie says.

"All right, here we go." JJ opens the gate. "Go, go, go, go, go." Kie quietly goes in, JJ shutting the gate after her.

"Are her parents gonna be really mad?" Cora asks.

"Super, super mad." JJ answers, nodding.

After a few minutes, Kie quietly rushes out and JJ opens the gate for her.

"Hey." He whispers and Kie tosses him the keys which he catches and she rushes over to the passenger side. JJ stays low as he opens the back door and helps Cora into the backseat. He quickly gets in the driver's seat and starts the car, driving before either of Kie's parents can run out and stop them.

"This will only take a sec. I think it's in the surf shack." JJ says as he parks the truck. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's in the surf shack. I'll be right back. I got it." The three siblings get out, running for the surf shack. Halfway there, JJ falls flat on his face.

Cora breaks out into laughter while her brother scrambles to his feet.

"I'm okay!" He calls back, running to the shack.

Cora lightly hits her hands against the seat, pretending to be playing the drums, while the two wait for JJ.

"What is taking him so long?" Kie mutters after the blonde's already been gone for a couple minutes. She leans over, pressing her palm against the middle of the steering wheel and honking the horn. "JJ!" She yells out, but he doesn't come.

Kie sighs and gets out, walking around the truck and getting into the driver's seat. She proceeds to honk the horn more.

Kie honks another time.

"I think he gets it. Can you stop?" Cora asks, not liking the loud, annoying beep. Kie huffs, but doesn't blare the horn another time.

Cora draws random shapes onto the back of the driver's seat.

"What the frick? No. Immediately no." Kie states, getting out of the truck. Her reaction gets Cora to frown, the young girl looking out the window. Her eyes widen she spots her father walking towards the truck with JJ in tow.

"No. No, I know." JJ says.

"What is this?" Kie asks.

Before Luke can get in, JJ quickly grabs his shirt and yanks him closer.

"You touch or speak one word to Cora, I'm throwing you out." JJ warns before shoving his father back. "Get in the truck."

"I'm sorry." Kie starts as JJ puts the winch in the bed of the truck. Luke gets in the backseat, Cora pressing herself closer to the door so she's as far away as she can be from him. "The Twinkie's drowning right now, JJ. What is the plan? What is this?"

Luke glances over at Cora, the girl curled up into a ball now.

"Long time, no see, huh?" Luke quietly says, glancing out to make sure JJ can't hear.

"Mm-hmm." Cora quietly hums, afraid not answering him will only make him angry.

"Just listen to me. Listen to me, okay?" JJ says, grabbing Kie's shoulders so she'll look at him. "We need to get into the marina at the Island Club. There's a boat there that he can take. You got the sticker on your truck. Twenty minutes, that's all we need."
