I woke up disoriented and tried to get my memories back. The last thing I remember is the news that Princess Brithny and Queen Melena came to the palace with a proposal.
What it was I don't know and I didn't want to know. My first priority is getting to base. I tried to sit up and a hand gently pushed me back.
"You shouldn't sit up yet". I turned around and saw Silas, Max, Noah standing next to the bed. I scowled at them, remembering how they touched me without consent.
That reminds me. I still have to see what my Sperm Doner is doing. I'll do it before I head to base.
"What am I doing here" I asked while looking around the tiny room. I noticed the heart rate machine and a IV drip on the right side by the wall next to the bed.
"You didn't respond when the cook brought you dinner last night, so we brought you here. After that the dochters hooked you up to some machines to keep a eye on you" Noah explained smiling.
'So they did think to bring food' I thought while nodding. If what they said is true, I'm guessing the IV is for bringing nutrition after they've been told I didn't eat from the whole time I was here.
A docter came in and when she noticed I was awake. "Good evening Roxy. I'm docter Denis and I'll be assisting you while you stay here. Is there anything you want right now?"
"Can the kings get out? I'd like to talk to you alone" I asked while putting my most innocent face, witch wasn't hard to do.
The doctor looked between me and The Royals and then back at me. I noticed that her eye's glassed over when she looked back.
While the where probably discussing how I was dangerous and would probably do something if they weren't here, I tried to reach Samantha.
"Thea" I asked but didn't get a response back. "There isn't much darkness to reach Shadow River, Your Highness. There is barely enough for communicating with you" a soft voice answered. And it was true. The windows stood wide open with the curtains on the side
I sighed and looked at docter Denis again. Now that I looked closer she looked a lot like Max. Same eyes color, nose and face. Only her hair was was curlier and longer then Max. She also looked a lot nicer than Max.
After a minute her eyes turned back to normal and she smiled sadly. "I can't kick the Kings out the room, but they promised to stay quit while you and I speak about your current condition".
I sighed and stared at Silas, Max and Noah while imagining all the ways I can get revenge for all the dhampir's who got hurt, because of their lack of attention to their people, and smiled softly as to keep my 'innocent' face on.
