Y/N L/N the 10th Captain

"Alright, guys! I'm off. Make sure you all stay safe now." said Y/N. Everyone says goodbye as he and his squad member walk out out the base.

"Alright, Ethan. You ready?"

"Yessir! It is an honor to be tag alongside you in the Magic Knight Selection Exam!" said Ethan while saluting to Y/N.

"Alright! Love the enthusiasm!" Y/N said with a smile and thumbs up.

Y/N L/N was a peasant from the Forsaken Realm Sunfall ( Made up village.) Springs. Besides having to struggle to get the daily needs like Food and Clothing, Y/N's childhood was pretty good. He had a few friends back in the village as well. It wasn't until he joined the Magic Knights that things got a bit tougher for him. A few of his friends followed Y/N to become Magic Knights while others decided to stay back in the village. Unfortunately, some of his friends who did become Magic Knights died in missions. You add that with Royals and Nobles shitting on him almost everyday, you can say it wasn't easy.

But that didn't stop him. If anything, it encouraged him to prove those bastards completely wrong. Thanks to Fuegoloen and Juilus' help he was able to do that and get to the spot he's at now. A Magic Knight Captain. Now he's well on his way to becoming what he dreamed of forever. The Wizard King.

Y/N L/N and Ethan finally made it to the Capital and began to walk around the capital. They walk into the arena where they meet up with the other captains.

"Y/N! How are ya!" shouted Rill. Y/N smiled and waved back at Rill.

"Good day to You Y/N. I'm glad you could make it." said Fuegoleon. Y/N was like another little brother to him. To say he's happy at Y/N growth would be an understatement.

"Thank you Fuegoleon sir! It's good to see you too." said Y/N.

"It's been a while since I've seen you back at the bar kid! When are you coming back?" said Yami putting his arm around Y/N.

"Oh come on Yami! You know I've been busy these past few months! Especially with this squad, I got here!" said Y/N with a nervous smile. Honestly, Y/N was a bit scared of Yami. Many because of his "Scary" face and...

"Oh. So you're saying you're too important to hang out with us?"

Somehow, someway, Y/N says the wrong things to upset him. Yami puts Y/N in a headlock while letting out his mana.

"N-NOO! T-THATS NOT WHAT I MEAN!! P-PLEASE! LET GO OF ME! I-IM DYING!!" said Y/N desperately tapping out on Yami's arm.

"Keh keh! ( if that's how you spell it.) Let go of the boy before you kill him Yami." said Jack.

"Alright Alright fine." said Yami. Y/N dropped to the floor and let out heavy breaths. Y/N looks towards Dorothy and sweatdrops at her.

'Really? How is she still sleeping while all of this was happening?!'

"Y/N Sir! Are you okay?" asked Ethan.

"Oh, Ethan! Y-Yeah! I'm fine. This is almost an everyday thing I go through with Yami." said Y/N while chuckling.

"Come on everyone. It's time." said Willaim as they all walked out in front of the crowd of examinees.

"Man... they all look like ants from up here." Said Y/N.

"Yeah now that you mention it." said Rill while laughing.

"You two. Be quiet." said Nozel. Y/N rolls his eyes kand mocks Nozel. As the exam goes on, Y/N has already seen a few people that caught his interest.

"Hey. I don't know if it is just me but I can't feel that grey-haired boy's mana."

"Thats because he has no mana Y/N." said Nozel. Y/N's eyes widened as he turned back around and focused on the boy.

The battle between the examinees begins and the magicless boy is up. They open their grimoires and Sekke cast his spell. Asta pulls out his sword and dashes towards him. Asta lifts his sword up and cuts through the spell knocking Sekke out cold.

'WHOA! He's fast! Also, he just cut through that spell like it was nothing! I still can't pick up any mana from him tho. What is that? Maybe it could be some type of magic that negates magic? If it is-

"Noble this noble that. I dont care about none of that stuff! I'm going to become the Wizard King and prove you all wrong!" shouted Asta.

Y/N's eyes widen and a smile formed.

'This Kid!' Y/N though to himself.
