"I'll come visit you again" Little Snake said as he stepped forward to hug Fei.
Fei opened his arms to hug him back, but before he could, the Dragon King had already pulled Little Snake away. Fei sighed and said, "See you around."
Meanwhile, Bai Jiu was carefully looking at the Dragon King. "Dragon King, you don't have to hide the rash with that handkerchief" he said. "Let me check it. I'm sure I can find a cure."
"I..." The Dragon King glanced at Little Snake, who was now looking away, pretending not to hear.
Earlier that day...
"Stay still, will you?" Little Snake said as he tied the handkerchief around the Dragon King's neck, tiptoeing to reach behind him.
"Why are you putting this ugly handkerchief on me?" the Dragon King asked, looking annoyed but still wrapping his hands around Little Snake’s waist.
"Because you refuse to heal that mark" Little Snake replied.
The Dragon King smirked. "Come on, you should be proud of it."
"Shut. up." Little Snake said, finishing the knot.
As he tried to walk away, the Dragon King pulled him back by the waist and captured his lips in a kiss.
Little Snake quickly pulled away. "What are you doing?" he asked, his face turning red.
The Dragon King grinned. "What? You were so eager to kiss me last night. Why not now?"
Little Snake groaned and shoved his face into the Dragon King's chest. "I'm never drinking again" he mumbled.
The Dragon King chuckled. "Why not? I like you better when you're drunk."
"Of course you do" Little Snake muttered under his breath.
Back to the present...
"It's a special kind of rash that doesn't need any treatment, so don't worry about it" the Dragon King said.
Bai Jiu frowned and was about to argue, but Pei Siheng quickly changed the subject.
"So, are you all going to the wilderness?" he asked.
"I guess so" Wen Xiao said. "Ying Lei and I are going back to the wilderness, and the Dragon King and Little Snake were heading there anyway." She looked at Pei Sijing.
"We have to return to the Demon Hunting Bureau and write a report about the case" Pei Sijing said, and Wen Xiao nodded.
Ying Lei took out the incense burner. "Let's go then" he said.
Little Snake tugged on the Dragon King's hand. When the Dragon King looked at him, he shook his head, saying no.

"I think that's the problem" Wen Xiao said, glancing at Little Snake.

"Well, you didn't ask about it" Little Snake said. "I know I messed up Shizhi's case, but I helped you here, so why don't you just let it go?" he mumbled the last part.
"Why did you have to sneak out?" Bai Jiu asked. "Demons can come to the human realm as long as they don't cause trouble."
"He caused so much trouble that my grandfather banned him from coming here" Ying Lei said, laughing. Little Snake glared at him. "He's definitely gonna get punished this time."
