Bring The Balance: An Anakin and Ahsoka Star Wars Story

Last Ones Standing

Anakin and Ahsoka returned back in Palpatine's Quarters. "You're alive. You did it." Obi-Wan said.
"Amazing job, Skywalker." Windu said to them.
"It wasn't just me, it was my apprentice as well. I couldn't have done it without Ahsoka." Anakin said.
"All because of your training, Master." Ahsoka told him.
"You sound just like me." Anakin said.
"Fulfilled, the prophecy has been." Yoda said. Anakin and Ahsoka went to Plo who was moved out of the closet Palpatine shot him into. He opened his eyes and looked at the two. "Anakin? Oh no. Are we dead, Ahsoka? Is that why I'm seeing Anakin?" He asked. Anakin and Ahsoka laughed and helped him to his feet. "Where's Palpatine?" He asked.
"He's gone." Anakin told him. "Me and Ahsoka killed him."

The Jedi returned to the Council Chambers. "We already spoke about this. Palpatine was too dangerous to be left alive." Windu said. "It's good to have you back, Anakin."
"Anakin, your hands." Obi-Wan pointed out. Anakin held them up and they all looked at them. "I'm fine. I lost a few pieces, but I'm okay." Anakin said.
"How did you survive, by the way?" Plo asked.
"Long story short, a small group found him and he took his lightsaber back from a Clone and came here as soon as possible." Ahsoka told them.
"Thats also where I found my lightsaber." He said.
"And i assume that means Ahsoka will return to the Temple too?" Plo asks. Anakin looked to Ahsoka and she turned away. "What happened?" Anakin asked as she did so.
"I left the Temple after we thought you died." Ahsoka said. "Willingly. I only stayed these last few years for you. You remember what I said, right?"
"Allowed back in, she always is." Yoda said.
"No. This is her choice. Let her decide." Anakin said. Ahsoka looked at them for a moment. She quickly made up her mind. "I'm gonna stick to my choice. The Jedi Temple isn't my place." Ahsoka told him. "You can always come to visit. I live in the city." Ahsoka said.
"Okay, Snips." Anakin said to her. She turned around and walked out the Council Chambers. Anakin turned back around. "She goes, you go too, right?" Obi-Wan asked Anakin.
"What?" Anakin asked.
"Go on. We'll find you both when we need you." Mace said. Anakin smiled. "May the force be with you all. Always." Anakin said. She turned around and followed his apprentice.

Anakin caught up to Ahsoka. "Master, you're leaving too?" Ahsoka asked him.
"You go, i go too." He said. Ahsoka smiled. Anakin and Ahsoka left the Jedi Temple together.

This would not Anakin and Ahsoka's last time at the Jedi Temple. But they freed the galaxy. And if they had to leave to do it all again, they would be ready.

And thats a wrap on Bring the Balance! I really enjoyed writing this and i think it helped bring me back in to the Star Wars fandom. I honestly wasn't sure how to end this but i figured this ending was kinda Star Wars-y. Hope y'all enjoyed reading this!
