Everyone's attention got caught quickly as they all looked at the screen, "players 230, 268, 299, 331, and 401. End of list."

That was Thanos' number, how did they managed to die if they weren't in a game?
Suddenly, the piggy bank made its way down so everyone could see it, the sound of money entering the piggy bank made everyone frown, it was almost full.
They all stared at the screen with confusion, "what's going on?" Jung-bae turned around to meet with Gi-hun, who was, like everyone else, looking at the screen.
The doors opened and players came in with their bloodied shirts and faces.
"Listen, team 'O'!" Nam-gyu ran towards them with a heavy breathing and raised hands. "When we were in the bathroom, those fucking X bastards tried to kill all of us!" He confessed, "they killed some of us, including my friend—"
"Bullshit!" Player 047 pointed, "you're the ones who started it." He turned to his team, making Eden frown. "They threatened one of the people on our side! They attacked us to win the second vote!"
Eden's attention was interrupted when she noticed the short man standing still with his face covered in dry blood, her eyes widened as she realized it was Myunggi. She quickly stood up and walked over to him, pulling him to the closest bed. He didn't blink as he sat on bed, causing Eden to frown at the sight.
"Myunggi..." she spoke quietly as her eyes scanned all over his face.
Suddenly, his body collapsed on Eden's with a sob escaping his lips. In shock, Eden held him, letting him cry on her.
For a few seconds, as the others continued to fight, she only held her friend in sympathy. Whatever had happened to him, whatever he had done, she knew not to leave him. Because she had grown to care about him.
"Let's count the numbers!" Player 100 yelled, catching everyone's attention.
"Let's gather up! X people, gather round!" One of the X players instructed, motioning everyone to go over where the others were.
Eden grabbed Myunggi by the shoulders and quickly wiped his tears before helping him get up, "come on, I'll go with you." She whispered as he nodded.
The pair walked with the others and went unnoticed by the stares of Jun-hee and Daeho. Not noticing, they sat in front of them on a step below.

Turns out from the five people that died, two of them were from the 'X' team. Almost everyone silently cheered but Eden thought about those two people they lost, for a stupid and careless fight.
