"Let's go." Suki put on her shoes as they both walked towards the centre of the room. Every player following their footsteps.

All the remaining players had been led through the same brightly coloured staircases they had previously climbed before the first game. This time, they had taken a different turning into a room that looked oddly familiar to Suki. Around the room was decorated like a school building and playground. Sand on the floor with two rainbow tracks. There were fake windows with drawings on. "Welcome to your second game." The tannoy sounded.

"Where's the triangle?" Suki looked around. There were no shapes to be seen. She reached the centre of the room as more and more players looked confused. This certainly wasn't dalgona. Shit.

"This game will be played in teams. Please divide into teams of five in the next ten minutes." The voice echoed again as the door closed behind them.

Jung-bae and Gi-hun were in deep conversation as several players showed their frustration that this wasn't the game Gi-hun described. Young-il stepped between them and player 100 who had started to become angry.

"That's enough!" Young-il demanded as player 100 didn't say another word.

"Please get into teams now." The tannoy sounded again as ten minutes was added to a timer. Suki looked over at Young-il instantly as they drew closer to one another.

"I'm sorry, I let you all down." Gi-hun frowned

"You don't need to apologise at all. We still trust you." Suki gave him a firm pat on the shoulder.

"I'd like to play the game with you if that's okay?" Young-il asked Gi-hun.

"All right, let's be real men and give it a shot." Jung-bae spoke, forgetting about Suki. Her heart felt like it had shattered. They had been joined by Dae-ho, making them a team of four. They didn't want her, they wanted men. Men clearly made a stronger team.

"I'll go find another team." Suki lowered her head as she went to walk away. But Young-il reached for her hand, pulling her back.

"You four are okay with Suki being on our team, right?" He questioned for her. Her cheeks had started to go warm, embarrassed as she waited for her response. He still held onto her hand firmly, like he didn't want her to get away.

"Of course she can. I'm sorry I completely missed you there, Suki." Jung-bae apologised. She smiled, accepting his apology. His hand dropped her own as they gathered closely in their group of five.

"I'm sure you have some unique qualities to bring to our team, miss!" Dae-ho spoke, bowing his head.

"I'll try my best." Suki gave a nervous laugh.

"Time for team selection is up. Please follow the guard instructions." The voice called shortly after as they were led to inside one of the rainbow tracks. They took a seat in their group, pushed as close as possible to each other as Suki sat between Young-il and Gi-hun. Her mind racing as she played with the zip on her jacket. "The game you will be playing is six legged pentathlon. You will start with your legs tied together. Each member will take turns playing a mini game at every 10 metre mark and if you win, the team can move onto the next mini game." Well this sounded like chaos, Suki thought. "Here are the mini games. Number one, ddakji. Two, flying stone. Three, gong-gi. Four, spinning top and five, jegi. Your goal is to win all the mini games and cross the finish line in five minutes. Please decide players for each mini-game."
