The two Jedi focused on Maul. However, two Mandalorians came in and from behind them and aimed their blasters at the two. Anakin and Ahsoka didn't move their eyes. "Skywalker and Tano, is it?" Maul asked. "Can't say Tano's name is familiar."
"Well, we know all about you." Ahsoka told Maul.
"I'm sure we have several mutual friends, then." Maul said.
"Not how i'd put it." Anakin said as he adjusted his feet.
"Of course not." Maul said as he began circling us. "Why did he send you?"
"Why don't you surrender, and the three of us can ask him together." Ahsoka suggested.
"If i am correct, soon the Jedi and Republic will no longer be in controlling the galaxy."
"And you think you will?" Ahsoka asked. "Because even with Darth Sidious still alive, he won't be."
"You will be wrong." Maul said. The Mandalorians got shot down by troopers that came to assist us. Maul ignited his saber and he tried to kill Anakin. Him and Ahsoka held him off. "Not yet." He pushed Anakin back and threw him into Ahsoka. He ran off down a hall. "Come on!" Ahsoka said. Anakin and Ahsoka leapt to their feet and followed Maul. They ran after him until a Mandalorian found them and shot at them. Anakin used the force to pull the Mandalorian's gun away and then to pull him to the ground. Maul was lost. Ahsoka stepped on his back. He pushed her off him and punched her. Anakin used the force to throw him against the wall and he stomped on his back, making him yell from the immense pain. Anakin helped Ahsoka up. "He should've hit me harder." Ahsoka said. She and Anakin looked down at the Mandalorian. Anakin turned him over and he aimed a blaster at Anakin. Ahsoka cut his hand off. "Anything else?" Ahsoka asked.
"No. Nothing else." He huffed. Anakin pulled his lightsaber out and ignited it to be safe. "Where is Maul?" Anakin asked.

Maul sat in the Sundari Palace throne room. He sensed the Jedi were on their way. He was right. His door was cut open and Anakin and Ahsoka walked in. Their lightsabers were in their hands, but were not ignited. "Darth Sidious is behind everything." Maul said.
"You come with us and tell us where he is, the Jedi can stop this." Ahsoka told him.
"Stop WHAT? The fall of The Republic? It's already gone, they just don't see it! There is no law, no order, nothing. The time of The Jedi has passed!!" Maul yelled.
"Thats not true." Anakin said.
"It is... unless... you and I can work together to end this." Maul said. "All your choices have lead up to this." Maul held his hand out. Anakin and Ahsoka ignited their sabers. "Don't you remember what happened last time a Master and his student fought me, Skywalker?" He asked.
"It ended with the apprentice cutting your legs off." Anakin told him.
"The difference between last time and this time? You won't be killing anyone." Ahsoka said. The window next to them broke. Maul snarled and glared at them. "So be it." Maul ignited both sides of his staff lightsaber. The red saber twirled in a circle motion as he jumped at them. Anakin and Ahsoka swung at caught him. Maul did a spin and tried to quickly kill them, but they both deflected his saber again. He pushed them both back. Ahsoka and Anakin looked at each other for a second, then they locked onto Maul. Ahsoka ended up getting both her lightsabers on one of Maul's blades. He elbowed her in the face and pushed one of her sabers onto the ground. Anakin swung his saber at Maul's arm, but Maul caught him immediately. Ahsoka and Anakin both had one of Maul's red beaming blades clashing with theirs. Anakin kicked Maul in the chest and punched him in the face. He stumbled back. Ahsoka held her hand out and her lightsaber ignited and came towards her. Maul flipped and it missed him. "You'd be luckier if Anakin wasn't here." Ahsoka told Maul. "You're lucky you've lasted this long."
"I will admit, he is a very powerful Jedi." Maul said. Anakin and Ahsoka hit both of Maul's blades at the same time, but he pushed them both back. He kicked Anakin down and started trying to slice Ahsoka in half, but she did multiple flips back to get away from him. Anakin pushed himself back up. Maul turned to him and tried hitting Anakin in the face with his staff saber's hilt, the same move he used to take out Qui Gon Jinn. He succeeded and managed to hit him. He did a spin and went for the kill. His lightsaber hilt hit Anakin. Anakin stumbled back. Maul looked down to see his lightsaber was extinguished. "What?" He questioned. He looked back and saw Ahsoka had used the force to power it off. Maul kicked Anakin in the face, sending him down. He locked his saber with both of Ahsoka's. Maul pushed Ahsoka to the ground. She kicked him off of her and he went out a window. Ahsoka and Anakin got up and jumped out the window.
