"Sometimes one refuses to see how bad something is until it completely destroys them"

Torrian and Brooklyn lay interlock in his king sized bed. He'd been up for the last hour watching whatever was playing on the tv. Not wanting to move and disturb Brooklyn's slumber.

She shifted, waking herself up and smiling when she spots Torrian. He glances down at his chest and smirks.

"Morning." He says, his voice deep and low.

"Goodmorning." She mutters back. "How long you been up?"

"Not long." He says watching her sit up to stretch. Her perky breast exposed and her curls failing down her back.

He admires her for a moment before brushing his index finger up and down her back. Brooklyn sighs, giggling, and glancing back at him. "That kinda tickles."

He chuckles. "My bad." He grips her waist and pulls her closer. "Where you going?" He asks in between small kisses on her back.

"Bathroom." She tells him while rubbing her eyes. "What time is it?"

"Some past 12." He says.

"I been sleeping in late everyday." Brooklyn sighed. "Didn't i tell you to wake me at 9?"

He shakes his head into her back. "Yeen need to be up all early like that."

"Can't stand you." She said before turning around, now on her hands and knees as she smiles all into his face. She kisses his lips, attempting to pull back, but Torrian grabs her neck and depends it.

"Torriannnn." She whines, playfully. "Ive gotta pee."

"Okay, okay." He throws his hands up in surrender, watching her smirk and disappear into his bathroom. He sighs, a warming smile tugging at his lips. Torrian felt complete bliss right now. Him and Brooklyn had been cooped up at place since the reveal. Waking up and going to sleep next to each other, having breakfast and dinner together—conversing, laughing. They both even took off work to stay home with one another, and neither regretting a thing.

Torrian gradually grew anxious with the absence of Brooklyn in his presence. He jumps up and joins her in the bathroom. She was peeing and scrolling on her phone, the toothbrush sticking out the corner of her mouth. Torrian chuckled at the sight.

"What?" She muttered, mouth full of foam.

He shook his head while grabbing the toothpaste. "Nothing." He said before running the toothbrush under cold water. They did their morning routine together before Brooklyn strolled over to turn on the shower head. She adjusted the temperature to her liking then went over to hug Torrian from behind.

He was wiping off the water from the sink, and instantly put at ease by her touch. "Breakfast? I'll start something while you shower." He asks.

"Aww but i wanted you to join me." She pouts.

Torrian chuckles. "Okay." He said grabbing her hand as he turned to face her. "That works." He grins down at her.
