All along there were an invisible string tying you to me
Pacey picks me and Dawson up today.
"So what are we up to today" I ask him.
"I actually don't know, what do you want" he asks.
"I don't know" I admit.
"I have no idea, but we should do something fun tonight" Dawson says excitedly.
"Ooh I know, would you like to egg Aarons house tonight?"
"What" I say alarmed. "Hell no, isn't that illegal?"
"Hell yes we should" Dawson says. "Come on, I'm trying to make this year while I'm single a little interesting."
"We have no other things to do and we are bored. He is an asshole, I just thought it would be fun. I mean have you never egged someone's house?"
"Never" I say a little embarrassed.
"Never" Dawson questions.
"So you haven't done that at all? Have you TP'd a house" asks Pacey.
"No" I tell him. "I just hate the mess it would cause."
"That's like the whole point" Pacey chuckles.
"Yeah but then their parents have to clean it all up and I feel terrible. I am also afraid of getting caught."
"I mean is there anyone you hate with your entire soul in the vicinity of this here Capeside?"
"Hate is a strong word."
"Very much dislike then" Dawson adds.
"Aaron, ooh and maybe the girl that isn't letting Jack go to the Prom."
"That's good. We should just do it, it would be so much fun. We could invite like everyone too. Come on, Daphy you should just try it once in your life. I mean you don't have to, but it is so much fun" Pacey tells me.
I take a minute to think about it. "Fine."
"We are inviting the whole group though" Dawson says.
We all prepare that night by wearing dark clothes and buying a crap ton of eggs and toilet paper from different stores.
We all pile in and in the bed of Paceys truck and quickly get to his house. The whole group of us: Pacey, Dawson, Joey, Andie, Stephen, Jen, Jack, myself, and for some reason Henry.
We park the truck a few houses from Aarons, and run with the stuff Infront of his house.
"So you just grab an egg and chuck it at the persons house" he tells me as we run.
"I gathered" I laugh.
"And when you throw the toilet paper, hold the end and toss the roll up. I'll just show you when we get there."
