12: How the hell did you know this

Akira froze for a second. *Shit*, he thought, glancing at Makarov with a nervous smile. It seemed the tables had turned.

"Ahaha," Akira chuckled awkwardly, suddenly finding the sky a lot more interesting than the situation at hand.

"Hey, kid, tell me—how the hell did you know this?" Makarov asked, turning serious as he looked directly at Akira. His instincts sharpened over years as the guild's president, told him that this information was crucial.

Akira hesitated for a moment, meeting Makarov's gaze before sighing. He didn't mind revealing his abilities, but there was a reason for his hesitation.

You see, his "Voice of All Things" ability could essentially be called mind reading. That meant no one could keep secrets from him.

And for ordinary people, that would make them very distrustful. After all, who liked having their thoughts and secrets exposed? Even Makarov, who had a soft spot for his guild members, might be no different in this regard. That's why Akira was hesitating.

He really liked Fairy Tail. Although they hadn't been there long, he had already begun to think of the guild as his home. And so he really didn't want to get kicked out or even be isolated.

In creating Sera Irene wanted to give the motherly love Akira should have to the best of her abilities. After all, unlike Erza Akira would have to live a tough life due to the dragon scales on his face.

And so in Akira's heart apart from Sera and Irene Makarov was the first person to give him this much care.

" Wait president," Akira said to Makarov who was about to go inside the guild. He had to calculate the money needed to fix this mess.

" Hmm, what is it Akira? " Makarov turned back and asked, puzzled.

" My magic," Akira said " I have awakened two types of magic "

" Oh, that's great news. " Makarov looked very happy as he patted Akira's back very hard.

Normally awakening many magic types is not a good thing as one would need to divide their focus and both magics. So these people get stronger really slowly compared to the ones who only mastered one type of magic.

But Makarov didn't think this would be a problem for Akira who managed to master a complicated magic spell in just a day.

" So what are these two magics? " Makarov asked with his eyes shining with curiosity.
