Bring The Balance: An Anakin and Ahsoka Star Wars Story

Theorizing

"So whats the current plan?" Ahsoka asked Anakin as the two were looking out a window.
"Going after General Grievous. After he is eliminated, we will be a step closer to the end of the war. Then all thats left is the Sith behind it all." Anakin told her. There was a short silence. "I don't know what to think right now, Ahsoka."
"What do you mean?" She asked him.
"Well... i have had a few thoughts and theories. About it all. I feel there could be something we're missing." Anakin started. "Maybe there's someone in The Senate conspiring with the Sith. Or maybe on the Jedi Council." Anakin told her. Ahsoka smiled and pitched her voice to sound like a creepy villain-like one. "Maybe I'm the Sith Lord." She said and nudged his shoulder. Anakin smiled at her. "So, possibly conspiring with The Senate. Who on The Senate would possibly be a Sith? Jar Jar?" Ahsoka joked. Anakin patted her on the back and laughed a little. "I get you're trying to make me smile. Yeah, it's working, but I'm fine, Ahsoka. Really." Anakin reassured.
"I know you are. Okay, I'll switch into serious mode. So, what makes you believe the Sith is trying to use The Senate against us?" She asked.
"It's because The Chancellor knew about some... Sith legend. How would he of all people know about that?" Anakin said. "The only conclusion in my mind is there is a traitor or a Sith in The Senate telling him this."
"Makes sense to me." Ahsoka commented.
"The Jedi want me to keep an eye on the Chancellor. I could try to gather information like that." He told her. "I'm going to meet with Obi-Wan and see if there's any news on Grievous. Can i trust you will stay out of trouble for a few minutes?" Anakin asked.
"Only if we do a little training afterwards." Ahsoka put her hands on her hips close to her lightsabers. Anakin nodded and left the room.

Anakin ignited his lightsaber. Ahsoka ignited one of her lightsabers. "Let's do it." Anakin told her. She ran at him and the two lightsabers clashed, a mix of blue and green flashing. Ahsoka took her second lightsaber out and ignited it. Anakin tried striking again and Ahsoka stopped him. Ahsoka used the force to push him back. She ran at him and Anakin swung his lightsaber downward. Ahsoka caught his hand and then she used the force to turn his lightsaber off. "What the-?" Anakin did a force jump and stood behind Ahsoka. She twirled her lightsabers and Anakin swung upward. Ahsoka put her lightsabers up to deflect it, and then in an X form and caught the saber as he brought it back down. She used hers to knock it out of Anakin's hand and then she kicked him down. She then extinguished her lightsabers. She took Anakin's hand and helped him up. "Well done, Ahsoka." Anakin congratulated. He used the force to make his lightsaber come to his hand and he put it on his belt. Ahsoka put her lightsabers back. "Perhaps i should set you up with Obi-Wan." He said. Ahsoka laughed as he patted her back. The two walked out of the room.
