"Trying to escape little snake" said the dragon king. "Did you really think I would let you go that easily"
Tightening his hand on the robe beside heart little snake narrowed his eyes at the dragon.
"You..." He spoke through pain. "What have you d...
Without anyone to handle the household chores, the Dragon Valley Villa grew messy. The Dragon King didn’t bother hiring another maid. Even though the little snake did cooking and some cleaning he didn't bother much with house chores either. After all, he wasn’t there to serve the dragon, he was there to heal.
"Little one" the Dragon King called out. "All my clothes are dirty. I have nothing to wear"
"How is that my problem?" the little snake replied sharply.
"You did laundry, Why didn’t you wash my clothes too?" the Dragon King asked.
"I’m not your maid" the little snake snapped. "Do it yourself"
The Dragon King sighed. "Fine"
The Dragon King stepped out of his room, wearing only a pair of pants and a thin robe draped loosely over his shoulders, leaving his upper body exposed.
"What the…" the little snake blurted out, staring at the Dragon King, who was nearly half-naked. "Where are your clothes?"
"I told you, they’re all dirty" the Dragon King said unbothered sitting down in front of the little snake, pouring some tea for himself.
The little snake stared at him in disbelief, his gaze lingering over the dragon kings exposed body. His skin was smooth and fair, looked nothing like thousands of years old at all. And his strong collarbones stood out beneath the loosely draped robe.
Trying to shake off his thoughts, the little snake looked away, sipping his own tea. But his eyes betrayed him, flickering back toward the Dragon King’s neck, lingering on the sharp line of his jaw and the hollow of his collarbone. No matter how hard he tried to focus elsewhere, his gaze kept wandering back to the dragon king's exposed body.
'Oh, how I wish I could bite that neck' the little snake thought, startled by his own thought, he slapped himself lightly and quickly looked away.
"What’s wrong, little one?" the Dragon King asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Nothing" the little snake muttered, refusing to meet his gaze as he tried to distract himself by drinking his tea.
But despite his efforts, his eyes drifted back to the Dragon King’s exposed neck.
"Damn it" the little snake muttered, slamming his teacup down on the table. The sudden action startled the Dragon King, who nearly spilled his own tea.
Without another word, the little snake stood and began walking away.
"Where are you going, little one?" the Dragon King asked, surprised by the outburst.
"To wash your clothes" the little snake hissed, storming off.
One thing the little snake now understood, the Dragon King having no clothes to wear was most definitely his problem.
