"Hey babe you ready?" I asked as I fixed my shirt in the mirror.

"Yeah" Silas said as he walked into the hallway of our apartment house. I smiled at him, he looks amazing.

"You look great Silas" I said. He smiled as me before handed me some food we're bringing over to the party.

"Thanks vi" he said before walking out the door. I watched his ass for a minute before turning to lock the door and follow him.

Damian and Luke are throwing a party, lots of people were invited. Including bell. She's very excited because it's her first ever party.

"I hope bell says yes. I would be pretty disappointed" Silas said quietly

"I know, me too. I don't think she would say no but if she did she would have a good reason I'm sure" I said trying to reassure him. Once we reached the door Silas knocked.

Little bell answered.

"Hello bell, honey why are you answering the door? What if we were strangers" Silas asked concerned as we walked in.

"Damian said I could" she said with a pout.

He pat her head "ok sweetheart, you did a good job then" he said cuasing her to smile before running off to play with friends.

It brought me joy to see her laugh and play with her friends, her smile, her giggles. It's almost as if she was the missing part that we both needed in our life.

Silas and I are truly happy, but having a little one to take care of and love is something we've been dying for.

"Levi-"

"LEVI"

I jumped at how loud my name was called, I looked at my partner and best friend realizing I was lost in my thoughts.

"Are yall asking her tonight?" Damian asked with a soft chuckling brushing off my earlier absence in my thoughts.

"Yes we are, we aren't really sure how we are going to but at this point it doesn't matter. We just really want to ask as soon as we can you know?" I explained.

"I understand, when I wanted to ask Luke. I had to restrain myself all day it was so hard" Damian said as he guided us through his crowded apartment and to the kitchen.

I set down the dish Silas had made earlier before turning back to Damian.

"For now though, relax and talk to friends. Tonight is all about everyone being together and having fun" Damian stated before walking out of the kitchen and into the crowd of talking and screaming littles.

"Come on bad, I wanted to talk to the new couple who recently joined IWC" Silas said as he grabbed my hand and lead me out the kitchen area.

"IWC" is a group he and I started a few months after being here, "ideas with Caregivers".
It's an extra curricular activity and also just something for caregivers to get together and talk.

We get together and come up with ideas for events or extra things for the school and littles.
We also help with daycare, theatre, and even help with littles who don't have caregivers.

"Wevi, I need help" I little voice spoke as my sleeve was being pulled.

I looked down to see a slightly concerned bell, her lip was pouty and her eyes should worry.

"What's wrong darling?" I asked, leaning down to be gave to face with her.

"I cut my finger, it really hurts" tears came to her eyes as she looked up at me.
