Vahni's POV:

As we watch the sunrise from the Ridge, we're all mesmerized by the breathtaking view. The sky is painted with hues of pink, orange, and purple, and the sun slowly rises above the mountains, casting a golden glow over the landscape.

After taking in the stunning view, we're all feeling tired and hungry. We decide to head back to the hotel, but instead of having breakfast there, we opt to explore the Mall Road and find a place to eat.

As we walk along the Mall Road, we're greeted by the sound of chirping birds and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. We spot a cozy little café and decide to give it a try.

Inside, the café is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and large windows that offer a stunning view of the mountains. We take a table by the window and peruse the menu, which offers a variety of breakfast options, from pancakes and waffles to omelets and sandwiches.

Vishal and Vanya opt for the pancakes, while Vyara chooses the omelet. Vihaan and I decide to share a plate of waffles and fresh fruit.

As we wait for our food to arrive, we chat and laugh, enjoying each other's company. Vihaan and I sit next to each other, our legs touching under the table.

Without looking at me, Vihaan reaches under the table and gently brushes his fingers against mine. It's a subtle touch, but it sends shivers down my spine.

I try to focus on the conversation around me, but my mind keeps wandering back to the touch. It's as if my body is hyper-aware of Vihaan's presence, and every slight movement he makes sends a spark of electricity through me.

I glance over at him, trying to gauge his expression. But he's looking at Vishal, laughing at something he's said.

I feel a pang of disappointment, wondering if I'd imagined the whole thing. But then, Vihaan's eyes flicker over to me, and our gazes meet for a brief moment.

I feel a jolt of electricity run through me, and I quickly look away, trying to compose myself.

The rest of the breakfast is a blur, with me trying to focus on the conversation around me while sneaking glances at Vihaan.

As we finish up and prepare to leave, Vihaan reaches out and brushes his hand against mine again. This time, it's more deliberate, and I feel a spark of attraction run through me.

I look up at him, my heart racing, and he smiles at me, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

"Ready to go?" he asks, his voice low and husky.

I nod, feeling a sense of trepidation mixed with excitement.

As we leave the café, the bright sunlight greets us, and we're immediately struck by the stunning view of the surrounding mountains.

Vyara strikes a pose, and Vanya clicks her photo. "One more, please!" Vyara requests, laughing.

Vanya obliges, and then it's my turn. I pose for a photo, and Vanya clicks away. Vishaal joins in, and soon we're all taking photos of each other.

After we're done, we start walking towards the Himalayan Botanical Garden. As we stroll through the garden, we come across a beautiful waterfall.

I'm immediately drawn to it, and I walk towards the waterfall, mesmerized by its beauty. Vihaan follows me, and we sit down on a nearby rock.

Vihaan gazes out at the waterfall, his expression contemplative. I, on the other hand, take this opportunity to study him.

He's changed so much in the past five years. His facial features are more defined, his jawline stronger, and his eyes more introspective. He looks more mature, more confident, and more at peace.

As I gaze at him, I feel a pang of emotion. I realize that I've missed him, that I've missed the way he makes me feel.

Vihaan turns to me, a hint of a smile on his lips. "Hey, want to take a selfie together?" he asks, holding up his phone.

I nod, feeling a sense of trepidation mixed with excitement. As we pose for the photo, Vihaan puts his arm around me, pulling me close.

I feel a spark of electricity run through me as our bodies touch. The camera clicks, capturing the moment forever.

As we pull back, Vihaan smiles at me, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Thanks," he says, his voice low and husky.

As we walk away from the waterfall, Vihaan turns to me and asks, "Did you ever think of me these past five years?"

I hesitate for a moment, then nod honestly. "Yes," I say, my voice barely above a whisper.

Vihaan's eyes lock onto mine, and for a moment, we just stare at each other.

I want to ask him if he thought of me too, but something holds me back. Memories of how he treated me before he left for college come flooding back, and I remember the pain and heartache he caused me.

I bite back the question, not wanting to open up old wounds. Instead, I just look away, trying to compose myself.

Vihaan seems to sense my unease, and he gently touches my arm. "Hey, are you okay?" he asks, his voice soft with concern.

I nod, trying to brush off the emotions. "Yeah, I'm fine," I say, forcing a smile onto my face.

Vihaan looks at me skeptically, but he doesn't push the issue. Instead, he just nods and we continue walking in silence.
