Vahni POV:

I wake up with a start as a loud bang echoes from my door. I groggily sit up in bed, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. "What's going on?" I mutter to myself.

I get out of bed and stumble to the door, opening it to find Vihaan standing there, looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," he says, grinning at me.

I scowl at him, trying to hide my smile. "What's wrong with you? Can't you see I'm trying to sleep?"

Vihaan chuckles. "Sorry, sorry. But we've got a big day ahead of us. We're going to watch the sunrise from the Ridge, remember?"

I nod, remembering our plans from the previous day. "Oh yeah. What time is it?"

"It's 5:00," Vihaan replies. "We need to get moving if we want to catch the sunrise."

I groan, feeling a wave of exhaustion wash over me. But Vihaan's enthusiasm is infectious, and I find myself smiling despite my tiredness.

"Okay, okay. Give me 15 minutes," I say, stepping aside to let Vihaan in.

Vihaan grins and steps into the room. "I'll wait," he says, flopping down onto the bed.

I roll my eyes good-naturedly and head to the bathroom to get ready for the day.

As I step out of the bathroom, I'm still wrapped in a towel, my hair dripping wet. I'm not paying attention to anything except getting to my clothes and getting dressed.

But as I walk into the room, I'm suddenly aware of Vihaan's presence. He's sitting on the bed, looking at me with a mixture of surprise and desire.

Our eyes meet, and for a moment, time stands still. I feel a jolt of electricity run through my body, and my heart starts racing.

Vihaan's eyes roam over my body, taking in the sight of me in a towel. I feel a flush rise to my cheeks as I realize how exposed I am.

But instead of looking away, Vihaan's eyes seem to burn with intensity. He takes a step closer to me, his eyes never leaving mine.

I feel a shiver run down my spine as he reaches out and gently brushes a strand of hair out of my face. His touch sends sparks flying through my body.

"Vahni," he whispers, his voice low and husky.

I feel like I'm melting into his eyes. I try to speak, but my voice catches in my throat.

Suddenly, Vihaan's phone rings, breaking the spell. He hesitates for a moment, then steps back and answers the phone.

I take advantage of the distraction to grab a dress and rush back into the bathroom, my heart still racing from the encounter.

I step out of the bathroom, feeling like a tomato. My face is burning with embarrassment, and I'm scolding myself for allowing myself to fall for Vihaan's charms again.

"Stupid heart," I mutter to myself. "Why don't you give up on him?"

I take a deep breath and try to compose myself. I grab my bag and head out of the room, where Vihaan is waiting for me.

He gets up from the chair and smiles at me, his eyes crinkling at the corners. I feel my heart skip a beat, but I try to ignore it.

We lock the door behind us and head down to the lobby, where the others are waiting.

Vyara looks at me with concern. "Vahni, why are you so red?"

I hear Vihaan chuckle behind me, and I feel my face grow even hotter.

"Oh, just the hot shower," I say, trying to brush it off.

Vyara raises an eyebrow, but doesn't push the issue. "Okay, let's get going then," she says.

We head out of the hotel, ready to take on the day. But I can feel Vihaan's eyes on me, and I know that this is going to be a very interesting day.

As we walk to the Ridge, Vishal leads the way, his long strides eating up the distance. Vanya is still sleepy, stumbling along beside Vyara, who is trying to keep her awake.

"Come on, Vanya, wake up!" Vyara says, laughing. "We're almost there!"

Vanya groggily opens one eye, then the other. "I'm awake, I'm awake," she mutters.

Meanwhile, Vihaan and I are walking behind them, enjoying the peaceful morning atmosphere. The sun is just starting to rise, casting a golden glow over the landscape.

Vihaan glances over at me, a smile playing on his lips. "You okay?" he asks, his voice low and husky.

I nod, feeling a flutter in my chest. "Yeah, I'm fine," I reply, trying to sound casual.

Vihaan glances over at me, a smirk playing on his lips. "You're thinking about this morning, aren't you?" he says, his voice low and teasing.

I feel my face heat up with embarrassment. "No," I reply quickly, trying to sound casual. "And don't mention it."

Vihaan chuckles, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Okay, okay," he says, holding up his hands in mock surrender. "I won't mention it."

As we continue walking, the silence between us grows more comfortable. I find myself feeling at ease with Vihaan, like we're two old friends who don't need to say a word to understand each other.

But as we approach the Ridge, the sound of chatter and laughter fills the air. We're not alone anymore, and I feel a pang of disappointment.

Vihaan glances over at me, a knowing look in his eyes. "We're here," he says, his voice low and husky.

I nod, feeling a sense of excitement wash over me. We're finally at the Ridge, and the view is breathtaking.
