I was in town getting a coffee, and a girl came up beside me. "Hi." She smiled.
I looked her over, "Hi." I smiled softly. But she didn't walk away. She didn't say anything. She just stared.
I raised an eyebrow, "Do i know you?"
"No, no-no."
Her eyes zoned in on my handbag. There was a clip on baby toy on there, obviously Lou's.
"You're a mum?" She said.
I smiled softly, nodding. "Mhm." I was a bit confused by this lady. "What's your name?" I asked.
"Mandy." She nodded.
"Nice to meet you." She was giving me such weird vibes. "Excuse me," I said, moving past her to go to the bathroom. I went to the toilet, and went on instagram. I searched for Melissa. I'd never seen what she looks like before. And just like i thought. She is Melissa.
Anger boiled through me, i was shaking, seeing red. I shoved my phone in my pocket and came back out, going up to her. "Hey, do you wanna hang out?" I said.
She nodded, lips twitching.
My fists tightened. We got coffee, and went to a local park, going for a walk.
"Do you have a family?" I asked. "Children, husband?"
"I'm engaged." She said. "And i have a daughter."
She's my fucking daughter. I didn't know how much longer i could keep this act up.
I texted Rhys.
**Pick me up at the park. Text me when you get here, ASAP.**
**Okay babe?? I'm coming**
He texted.
And i kept up the fake conversation until i saw the text.
**Im here, love**
**One second** I replied.
And i turned to Melissa.
"I know who the fuck you are-i'm not stupid. I know you're Melissa." She looked shocked.
"You stay the fuck away from me and my family." I glared. "You fucked up. You left. You ruined everything for yourself and don't come running back years later because you're out of money. You don't get to ruin Rhys, or Lou. You don't get to fucking do that. I will be seeing you in a court and i fucking hope you are ready for what's to come." I glared.
She was stunned. Why is she so stupid?
I turned around and walked away, getting into the car with Rhys. "Hey." He kissed my cheek before beginning to drive.
I held his hand, squeezing it tightly.
I wanted nothing more than to tear that bitch apart. "We need to get you a restraining order when we do this court process." I said.
