Now let the story begin.

While taking care of a few things for her classmates, student of Hope's Peak Academy Kirumi Tojo suddenly hears a loud scream coming from one of the dorms.

Oh my! That sounded like it came from [Y/N]'s room!

Worried that something happened to her boyfriend, Kirumi drops everything she was doing and hurries over to his room.

Once she gets there, the Ultimate Maid opens the door and finds her boyfriend [Y/N] [L/N] standing on his bed with a terrified expression on his face.

I've never seen him so petrified before. Something is definitely wrong.

Kirumi : Darling? I heard you scream. Is everything alright?

She asks him with much concern as he turns to look at her while shaking like a leaf.

[Y/N] : P-please Kirumi, get that thing away from me!

He exclaims while pointing at something on the floor a few feet away, causing his girlfriend to look down and see that a fairly sizable spider is crawling closer towards the bed.

Ah, now I understand why [Y/N] is so afraid. He is extremely arachnophobic.

Kirumi : Try to relax darling, I'll be right back.

She is about to exit the room before her boyfriend protests.

[Y/N] : What?! Babe, you can't leave me alone with it!

Kirumi : I need to go get something to deal with it. Don't worry [Y/N], I won't be long.

With that, she leaves as [Y/N] begins to hyperventilate while watching the arachnid like a hawk.

Please hurry Kirumi, I don't know how much longer I can take this. I hate spiders!

Fortunately for him, Kirumi is true to her word and returns moments later with a glass jar.

[Y/N] : A jar? Honestly I was hoping you'd come back with something like a giant shoe....o-or a flamethrower.

Kirumi : I am not going to kill the spider darling. I'm almost certain that it belongs to Gonta.

Besides, I actually like spiders. I find them quite interesting.

She thinks to herself with a small smile before scooping the eight legged creature up and placing it in the jar before putting a perforated lid on it.

Kirumi : There, now I'm going to bring this back to Gonta. I'm sure he'll be happy to have it returned to him.

[Y/N] : H-hold on a second babe, if that thing really belongs to Gonta, then how did it end up in my room? We both know he takes amazing care of his bugs, so how'd it get out?

After taking a moment to think, the two look at each other in realization.

Kirumi/[Y/N] : Kokichi.

I am going to strangle that little twerp! Kokichi knows how much I can't stand spiders, so he must've taken it from Gonta's lab and put it in my room as one of his annoying pranks!

Kirumi : Next time I see him darling, I'll be sure to scold Kokichi for his actions....again.

[Y/N] : J-just take the spider back to Gonta. Even though it's in the jar, knowing that it's here is making my skin crawl.

Nodding in understanding, Kirumi leaves once again with the jar in hand, filling [Y/N] with relief.

Oh thank goodness that's over. How anyone can actually like those eight legged hellspawns is beyond me.

He thinks to himself while still trying to calm down as Kirumi comes back.

[Y/N] : I-is it gone?

Kirumi : Yes, and it most likely won't be bothering you again [Y/N]. Now, unless you need me for something else, I shall get back to what I was doing earlier.

[Y/N] : Wait! C-can I help you with that babe? I just don't feel comfortable being in this room by myself now.

Kirumi : I don't mind, but would you rather me stay here with you darling?

[Y/N] : Actually Kirumi, I'd much rather get out of this room for a bit if that's alright with you.

Kirumi : But why? The spider's gone.

[Y/N] : Y-yeah, I know that, but I can't help but feel a little paranoid right now. W-what's if there's more in here somewhere?

He says in a shaky voice as Kirumi looks at her boyfriend with a saddened expression.

I knew [Y/N] was afraid of spiders, but I didn't realize his arachnophobia was this bad.

Kirumi : Darling, would it put you at ease if I looked around your room to make sure there are no more spiders?

[Y/N] : Y-you'd do that for me babe?

He asks as the Ultimate Maid smiles softly at him.

Kirumi : Of course I would, I love you more than anything [Y/N], and hate seeing you so scared.

I have the best girlfriend anyone could ask for.

[Y/N] : Thanks Kirumi, I love you too.

The arachnophobe finally gets off his bed to kiss and embrace his girlfriend before she begins searching his room for any other creepy crawlies.

[Y/N] : You must think it's silly for me to have such an irrational fear, and honestly, I wouldn't blame you if you did babe.

Finishing her search, Kirumi turns to her boyfriend and shakes her head.

Kirumi : Arachnophobia is a very common fear darling, and although I don't have it myself, I absolutely don't think it's silly. We all have things we're afraid of to a certain degree, and there's nothing wrong with that. Now, your room's all clear, so how about we go for a walk together?

Upon getting a nod from him, Kirumi smiles warmly and kisses her boyfriend before the two leave his dorm, hoping to take his mind off his fear of spiders for a while.
