"Okay...okay yeah. I'll see you later today. Bye." Ayla smiled as she pulled her phone away from her ear.
"Let me guess, Mr. Hot Doctor," Logan guessed as he watched Ayla walk into the kitchen.
She couldn't help herself, her smile grew bigger as she responded with, "He's gonna be joining us tonight."
Their attention was turned to Leo as he said, "Is there anything sadder than an empty jar of peanut butter? B-shift is always doing this. They empty the jar, and then they put it back on the shelf."
"Just hide it." Theo suggested as he took a bite of his cereal.
"A grown man should not have to hide his peanut butter, Theo."
Cleo raised a brow, "Grown man? More like man child."
The team laughed as Leo shot Cleo a playful glare, "Ha ha, so funny. You know what i'm gonna do? I'm gonna write a note."
"How grown up of you." Alex said, hiding his smile behind his hand.
"Thank you, Cap!"
Alex nodded then turned to the rest of his team, "You guys all packed?"
"I cannot believe I agreed to this." Cleo muttered.
Leo placed his arms on her shoulders and shook them, "Hey, it's gonna be fun. Just us and nature."
"Yay...so excited." Cleo responded in a monotone voice.
"Look," Alex caught their attention, "this will be a chance for us all to relax and forget about everything for a little while."
The team was loading everything into the vans. "Cleo, do you really need this many bags?" Theo asked as he placed her third bag into the trunk.
"If you want me to come you just have to deal with my bags." Was all she responded with.
Ayla looked over at Alex and asked, "Where's Christina and the girls?"
"Christina's working and the girls are too afraid of bugs to come camping."
"You know, Cap," Cleo began, "If you need someone to watch the girls, I could totally stay behind. I'll be sad to miss the camping but I don't mind taking one for the team."
