It was sunday, yns day free from work. Yn was at the couch watching a kdrama when her mom called her from the kitchen.

Yns mom: Yn, go to the grocery store, i'm making japchae for dinner go get me everything on the list.

Yn: [eyeroll] Okay mom

Yns mom: wait, are you leaving like this?

Yn: Yes, its just the grocery store Why?

Yns mom: You look homeless

Yn: No i dont, oki byee

Yn started walking and soon arrived at the grocery store. She quickly worked through her shopping list, leaving only one item: sesame oil.

Yn: Aishh, why do they always put it so high up? [she muttered]

Yn looked up at the shelf and spotted the sesame oil. It was on the highest shelf, just out of her reach. She stood on her toes and stretched as far as she could, but it was no use.

Frustrated, she tried again, even hopping a little, but the bottle wouldn't budge.

Suddenly, a hand reached over her shoulder and grabbed the bottle with ease. Startled, Yn turned to see a man behind her. He shoved the bottle into her cart and muttered,

. . . : Hey little kid, you now you can always ask someone to help you.

Yn blinked, stunned by his tone, but before she could say anything, the man had already walked off. She frowned, staring after him for a moment, then looked at the bottle in her cart.

Yn: Little kid? [Chuckle] little kid? Wtf is wrong with him?
