The training room of Rhodes Island was reserved for Operators to practice and hone their skills. Whether it be combat, defending, or supporting, it provided a safe and controlled environment to practice them. Well, safe and controlled environment was a loose term when it came to certain Operators. Privately, there was a list of Operators who are not allowed to participate in training regimens and also not allowed to exert too much force in the training room. Both of them are for the same reason, their overwhelming strength.
Whether they make it on the list or not are related to many factors.
First of all, Operators who do not take training courses or skip out on them entirely usually never have a clear evaluation if they were supposed to be put on the list. Two, strictly speaking, those who specialize only as medical Operators are never placed on the list either. The reason also applies to the fact they are not combat oriented. Thirdly, Operators who do not take training courses or utilize the training room could still be evaluated on the battlefield.
The last and fourth reason why somebody may or may not be put on the list... is if they are a relatively new Operator. Those ones usually don't have enough information on whether to judge them or not. Even if they participate on a mission or two, it still took some time for the higher staff members to accurately judge them and apply them to the list or not.
Aside from what it took to be on the list, some Operators on it, but not limited to, are:
Operator Skadi
Operator Lappland
Operator Specter
Operator Rosmontis
...The list goes on.
Currently, there was a certain newly recruited Operator having taken the opportunity to participate in a training course as an instructor. At the moment, Rhodes Island was slightly understaffed when it came to training new recruits, as the majority of actual instructors were currently enjoying a moment of respite. That was to be expected, since the events of the Chernobog-Lungmen Crisis were still passing by.
Not only that, but a large wave of recruits from a Reunion branch, known as the Yeti Squadron along with their leader had defected to Rhodes Island. They had all applied for a combat position after having their blood tested for Oripathy levels and getting their needed treatment. This opened up a lot of spots for people to be tested, and it clashed along with the schedule for training Operators.
So when the new temporary training instructor walked into the room, Dobermann damn near bursted a blood vessel when watching the results that were given.
"..Agh."
"I wanna... puke."
"Urgh."
"Shit, shit..."
"A-am I dying...?"
Multiple Operators, majority of them being new recruits or inexperienced people were laying on the ground. Hell, even some more experienced ones were clenching their stomachs and groaning. Dobermann turned to the side to look at Blaze, the black haired Feline sweating profusely and wiping her chin. However, she wasn't the cause of the mess in front of them.
To the other side, Operator Saria, is somebody assigned to train the defender Operators. The Vouivre was used to disciplining and testing security personnel back from her previous occupation. It was to the point where most back then were afraid to train with her.
Yet, she held a complex expression at the sight laid bare in front of her. Her eyes were scanning all the Operators laying on the ground in extreme pain. It had all happened far too quickly for anybody to fully register.
