I got this idea from fan fiction. com also and then I found a boo on here that is the same idea made into a story! I really like the idea so hope you guys like it! Because I am so exited for it I will tell you what it is ahead of time!! Ok merlin has a- PHSYCH hahahaha I'm so evil XD Now that I have sparked your interest, let's get READING ( well writing for me) oh and It's 3:15 AM as I am publishing this, so please don't judge too much if it's rubbish.
If you happened to be out and about the forest at night, you might've heard or even catch a glimpse Merlin, bickering with a cloaked figure, trying to keep his voice down as people managed to hear things at night and he didn't need that.
" Why have you come here Kestrel?! Mother forbid you from coming to Camelot!" Merlin hissed at the cloaked figure
" Since when have I listened to Mother, Merlin?" Asked the cloaked figure, with hints of amusement in his voice
" You still haven't answered my question!" Merlin said with gritted teeth
" I thought I would have a bit of fun and you know come visit the brother that betrayed me!" Kestrel growled
" I never betrayed you Kestrel! You know I had no choice!" Merlin said
" Oh yeah right, you have moved to camelot, under the Pendragons' rule and did nothing to avenge me and my family!" Kestrel hissed at him
" Avenge you? Mary was practicing dark magic Kestrel, you know I would've saved her if it wasn't true!" Merlin said, obviously calming down
" So what if she was! That doesn't mean she deserved to die! You could've done something! But you didn't and instead you serve a Pendragon! You save his life but, he deserves to die for the way he unrightfully took our kins' lives! You disgust me! I am ashamed to call you my brother!" Kestrel said venomously
" Look, I don't want you executed, we will just have to pretend to have a normal sibling relationship while you stay in Camelot" Merlin said
" Don't bother, I shall leave now. Since you are my blood, I will give you a warning! We will attack and We will avenge those who have died at the hands of King Arthur and those before him! If you join us, we will spare everyone else. I will be back in three days time to hear your decision. Good-bye Merlin, though I am disgusted and ashamed to have you as a brother, I do hope you make the right choice so my feelings will be proven wrong. Make the right choice" Kestrel said and left with those words ringing in Merlin's ears.
What should he choose, Blood or Heart? His brother or his friend? Camelot or Albion?
