The sunlight beamed through the small gap of my curtain, landing right on my face. I stirred awake, holding my throbbing forehead wondering what the hell happened yesterday.

Oh right. The fight.

Heaving a sigh, I stretched my arms and legs after a nice sleep. Suddenly something caught my hand while I was in the middle of it, "Morning, babe." He pulled me into a hug.

I swear I remember sleeping alone with my door closed...Maybe my memory is tripping me.

I pushed him aside instead of hugging back, I'm still mad about yesterday. "Morning." I tried to sound angry even if I was more concerned of him being mad at me. Was he still mad at me?

I rolled off the bed before he could pull me in again, "Not now, Aaron." I gave him a hmph.

"Why not?" He sat up on the bed.

Wasn't it obvious I was mad? Does he freaking want me to spell it out for him? I furrowed my eyebrows at him and crossed my arms. "Cause I don't want to." I stormed out of the room.

Yawning, I plopped myself onto the couch. I unlocked my phone as it was the first to do in my usual morning routine, just to check my phone for any new notifications.

There was alot of business emails and messages, I ignored it for now. Can't take more stress then I already have on a damn Sunday. I just want to take rest and relax.

But, one message stood out.

Henry the idiot : Wanna hang out at the mall with Penelope?

I didn't even need to think to agree. I need to cool off from yesterday's fight somehow. What else is the best way to do that than spending time with my besties?

I don't even want to see Aaron's face for awhile. I typed my answer with a little smile.

Me : Only if you pay for everything :<

Henry the idiot : What's with you eyeing my poor wallet? Fine, whatever.

I grinned, thinking of stupid ways how me and Penelope can break his wallet like good bestfriends. I put the phone down to get ready for my day out, it surely has been awhile.

I was putting my hair up in a ponytail to style it when another hand joined in. He took my hair from my hand and beckoned for the hairband from behind. With a sore eye roll, I handed it over.

"Where are you going?" He questioned while tying my hair up.

"Out with my friends." I replied dryly.

His fingers ruffled my curls, then he pressed a whisper of a kiss on my hair. I stiffened up, not expecting it. "You're so beautiful, y'know that?" He hugged me from behind, gently squishing me.

"Mmhm..." I fought my lips from curling into a smile. 'I'm still mad.' I repeated to myself in my mind, fighting the heat raising in my cheeks.

He tightened his grip around me, kissing my cheek which just turned bright red. "You're not going out alone with that low life, are you?" He mumbled softly near my ear.

I gulped as his grip tightened, "No, Penelope is j-joining too." I stuttered.

"So you are going with him."

"We're not having this conversation again, Aaron." I said strictly, tired of yesterday's meaningless fight. I would never seen my best friend that way. "He's my friend. That's it."

He gradually loosened the hug, "Whatever he is. If that girl is coming with you, then fine." He let go. "Come back home for lunch."

"Dinner." I quickly said.
