She held her fist high and knocked on the door, her whole body shivering due to the cold weather and the rain that was heavily pouring down.
Within a second, the door quickly opened and there stood a charming, yet concerned Nicholas.
"Oh shit, come in." He urged the girl, whose hand he reached for, and gently pulled her into his house, closing the door.
Lorelai stood before the boy, her face stained with tears, her hair damp from the rain and her clothes soaking wet.
"I didn't know where else to go. I can leave if you want me too." She told the boy, who quickly shook his head.
"Like I said, my door is always to you." He responded back, softly smiling which made her smile.
"I'm going to get you some clothes to change into and make you a hot chocolate, if that's okay with you?" The Chavez boy politely told the girl, who silently nodded.
Nicholas was so caring, polite and welcoming and it made her heart burst. She didn't care how many times she had said it, but this man is perfect. He's flawless.
The brunette girl followed after the boy who had taken her up to his room. Her eyes wandered around his room, simple yet cozy.
He had posters of things he loved over the wall, a tv opposite his king sized bed and a gaming set up. There were twinkle lights over his bed, books stacked on the shelf beside the tv and an acoustic guitar next to his window, surprising the pop singer.
"You play?" She finally spoke up, looking back and forth between the boy.
Nicholas looked up from his drawer and towards the guitar. He then looked back at the girl and nodded. "Not a lot, but I can play." He responded.
"Compared to you, I'm shit." He lightly chuckled, looking back at his drawer and picking up a black hoodie and grey sweatpants.
