Vampires and Werewolves are just a fantasy, i told myself over and over again.

It had to be. Things like that just didn't exist, i thought to myself as i stared blankly out of the fogged up, ancient window. The cellar was dark, cold and muggy. The chains around my wrists were fastened so tight i could barely move, the sharp steel dug into my skin, making small droplets of blood fall to the floor antagonistically. My neck was wired up to about a dozen small tubes, that were dug so deeply into my skin, i didn't stand a chance of pulling them out.  Every now and then i felt a burning sensation from where the blood was being sucked out of me.

Realization finally hit me that this wasn't a dream, this was far too sadistic to even be imagined. I was part of the Blood-Bank now and there was nothing i could do about it. Ever

Until i heard his voice, echoing around the four solid walls surrounding me.

I remembered that voice crystal clear from earlier, his beautiful face still pictured in my mind. Was he coming to help me? Or hurt me, just like the others.

21st of July, The day before everything changed.

Johnny Callaghan = Perfection

Piercing green eyes, chocolate brown hair, olive toned skin, hot body, what more can you want? I thought to myself as I slipped on my shoes, spraying on a little bit of last minute perfume. Yes he was one of the hottest guys in school, but I was willing to take my chances, you only live once right? I thought, fantasising about the possibilities of what could happen at the party tonight.

My friend Macy’s parents were out of town for the weekend, so quite obviously she’s having a party to celebrate, as her parents never go out of town, (take note of the empthasise on never) so that meant loud music, lots of alcohol and boys.

By the time I had finished daydreaming about Johnny it was already 7.40pm, SHIT! I was getting slightly nervous for the night ahead, I didn’t know what to expect I thought as I stared at my reflection in the mirror , making sure nothing looked out of place.

“Pippa, are you ready to leave?” Shouted my mom, from the bottom of the staircase..

I quickly grabbed my purse and made my way downstairs, the butterflies in my stomach whirling around at each step I took…

“Wow, you look beautiful Pip” My mother gasped, smile from ear to ear

“Oh shut up” I laughed feeling a little embarrassed, I didn’t really like being complimented, I never knew what to say…

The journey took about 10 minutes, and for every one of those ten minutes my thoughts were fixated on Johnny. I wasn’t some crazy stalker, if that’s what you’re thinking, we’ve actually been texting for a while now, so it’s about time he got the hint i mused to myself

We arrived at Macys, with 5 minutes to spare. I could already hear the kick of the music booming from the her now overly populated house..

“Right Pippa, now you be good and call me before you get home okay” Said my Mom as she bent over to give me a kiss on the cheek...
